Holy fuck.
Jade is standing outside my hotel room door, wearing one of her tailor-made suits. It's light green, and instead of having a shirt underneath the jacket, she only has an olive green bralette, showing a bit of cleavage. She has black high heels on, and her look just oozes the powerful businesswoman vibe. Her long, caramel hair is styled in loose waves. She looks hot and sexy and gorgeous and a million other adjectives that describe how amazing a person can look.
Jade wearing a suit isn't something new to me. But with the way she's wearing her hair, the tender smile in her eyes, the colors of her clothes...she just looks different somehow.
I lift my eyes heavenward. God, you did really good when you made Jade Thirlwall. Really, really good.
I bring my eyes to her and smile. "Well, look at you, all gorgeous."
She catches me around the waist, pulling me to her. "You look beautiful and hot and sexy. I want to lift this dress up and get down on my knees, so I can put my mouth on you and taste you right now," she whispers over my mouth before pressing her lips to mine.
Wow.
I shudder as her tongue curls around mine. She tastes like mint and hot sex and everything Jade.
Her fingers skim down the back of my dress, cupping my ass through it. I'm wearing the last nice dress I have that I brought with me. It's white and strappy, fitted around the bust and floats off the hips, and it's pretty. Jade told me to wear something pretty. So, pretty, I'm wearing.
Her lips slow, and her eyes focus on mine. I'm sure mine are filled with lust right now. Oodles of lust.
"But my tasting will have to wait, as we have to go."
"Oh, okay." Can't say I'm not a little disappointed, but I also know that Jade going down on me would, without a doubt, end up in sex. And I don't want to get all messed up. I look pretty.
"You got everything you need?" she asks, releasing me.
I pat the clutch—holding my lipstick, phone, money, and key card—under my arm, which somehow managed to remain tucked there after her hot kiss. "Ready. So, where are we going?" I ask, taking her offered hand, letting the door close behind me.
She gives me a secret smile. "You'll see."
Jade and her secrets.
Perrie and her secrets.
Except Jade's secrets always have me smiling.
Mine...not so much.
I'm surprised to see that Paul isn't waiting for us, but instead, Jade's Bugatti is parked in front of the hotel.
The doorman tips his hat to me as we leave. I smile at him.
We reach the car, and Jade gets my door for me. I manage to get inside without showing my panties, and she shuts the door with an expensive clunk.
I put my seat belt on and watch her as she makes her way to the driver's seat, loving the way she walks with such confidence and authority. Jade gets in and starts the engine. She puts on her seat belt and then pulls out into the evening traffic.
Jade's not talking. Her fingers are tapping on the steering wheel along to the song playing on the stereo. But it's not a happy tap, not that the song that's playing is an overly happy song, but...there just seems to be almost an edge to her that wasn't there before. And it's weird.
I kind of want to ask her what's up, but at the same time, I don't as well.
So, instead, I say, "I love this song."
