Hey everyone! I'm back with another update. We're getting pretty close to the end. If I plan everything correctly, the big reveal will happen in 2-3 chapters from now, so get ready for that!!! Saying that the current situation was awkward would be an understatement. Beomgyu had rushed up the stairs to the dining hall to meet Taehyun and Kai for dinner. It was obvious that both Beomgyu and Kai tensed when they met each other's eyes, Taehyun not sure what to do to break the building tension

"Why don't we all head in for food? I'm starving!" Taehyun motioned at his stomach, rubbing it slightly in hopes to lighten the mood.

Even with his attempt, neither of the two boys seemed to relax. Taehyun frowned as he began to worry about what dinner would bring them, not sure if the two boys could ever get along. Before he could think too long, Kai took a step towards Beomgyu who was still standing across from them.

Kai's stance was solid, the aura around him almost intimidating. Taehyun could see the boy staring at his boyfriend with a cold look, as if he was sizing the boy up. When he glanced towards Beomgyu, his boyfriend had put his hands in his pockets, giving a similar cold stare Kai's way. Taehyun was about to put a hand on Kai's shoulder to break up the staring contest when Kai moved a hand in front of him, directed towards Beomgyu.

"Truce?"

Both Taehyun and Beomgyu were a little shocked, Taehyun's mouth slightly ajar as he watched the interaction unfold. Beomgyu's eyes widened slightly before his eyes softened, a small smile appearing on his face. Beomgyu pulled his right hand out of his pockets before it met Kai's. They shook hands firmly, Kai now smiling a bit as well.

"Truce."

Kai's hand left Beomgyu's as he turned towards Taehyun who still couldn't help but smile. Taehyun took a couple steps forward, now next to Kai. He looked at his friend before looking at his boyfriend, reaching his hand out towards Beomgyu.

"Shall we? I'm still starving over here."

Everyone laughed slightly, Beomgyu taking Taehyun's hand gently in his as they all moved towards the dining hall. The sun was starting to set, everyone walking in the building that now had air conditioning blowing constantly.

They all grabbed food and sat down at an open table, most of the tables already full due to this being a time most students grabbed dinner. Once they sat down, they immediately feel into comfortable conversation. Taehyun was happy to see the other two boys speaking to each other in a friendly manner, unable to hold in his smile as he ate.

After everyone had left to grab seconds and sat back down, Taehyun felt his phone vibrate. When he looked at Beomgyu, he could tell the other boy received a text as well. After filling his mouth with another spoonful of food, Beomgyu looked at his phone quickly. After swallowing, he looked towards Taehyun.
