Part 10 - The Mind

At 11.55 AM Levy stood at the entrance  to Fairy Hills. She was ready to whatever Juliana had for her.

"I'm gonna test you. Be prepared." Juliana had said.

Levy had pulled her hair back with a blue piece of clothes. Juliana came. Her clothes was shorts (Probably Juvia's because of the blue color) bare feet and a sweatshirt. She had three filled water bottles in her hands.

She smiled at Levy: "You ready?"

She nodded. Juliana laid the bottles on the ground.

"Sit down."

She sat on the ground. Juliana crossed her legs like a yoga exercise.

"Relax in your shoulders." she breathed deeply. "Now, concentrate. On the grass beneath you, the earth underneath your feet. On the wind around you, the limitless sky above you. Can you feel it?",

Levy tried hard to concentrate on everything. "I feel the grass and the wind.",

"That's good. Now feel the earth and the sky.",

"But how am I supposed to feel the sky?",

"You feel it like you feel all the other things.",

"But I can't feel on the sky, it's not material." ,

"Well the wind ain't material either."

"But that's not..." Juliana interrupted her

"You have to try. Trust me. You have to do this in order to be on the mission. Close your eyes and concentrate on the wind."

Levy did as she was told.

"Feel how it lifts up and goes down. Feel how the wind disappears and the sky is present instead. Feel its energy, feel its magic."

Levy concentrated. A feeling of something being above her head spread in Levy's body.

"I-I think I feel it," she says.

"Now concentrate on focusing the power into this bubble above your head instead. It's almost the same just concentrate on the bubble and feel your magic flow into it." Juliana told.

Levy did as she was asked. She felt the magic flow into the bubble on top of her head. She tipped her head with nose into the sky. She felt how it took every cell in her body and how she felt connected with the bubble. She felt the nature surrounding her. The sun warming her chins, the wind lifting her hair, the ground keeping her where she sat.

"Very good Levy, keep it going." Juliana encouraged.

Levy almost didn't hear the footsteps towards them.

"That's pretty impressive." A voice which was not Juliana's said.

Levy opened her eyes and saw a black silhouette shadowing the sun.

"Gajeel! Honestly, can't you see we're in the middle of something? She was doing very good." Juliana said with a happy tone.

"You were wonderful, that's quite some strong mind you have." She said to Levy.

Levy looked confused at her. "You didn't tell her what you were doing, did you?" Gajeel asked Juliana before he sat down beside us.

"Hihihi no I didn't and did you see how well she was doing?"

Levy interrupted: "You did what to me?" She felt dizzy.

"I measured your minds magical power! It was good, but I didn't get the right measurement since Gajeel interrupted you. It seemed to be good though. We have to fight a little more, then it's perfect!" Juliana declared happily.

"I did?" Levy asked and took her hands to her head.

Gajeel mumbled something and threw one of the water bottles to her.

"When are we going on the mission?" He asked.

"When the time is right." Juliana answered. She stood up and did something to the bubble. Levy felt how power slowly floated into her, and the headache disappeared.

"Should we get going Levy?" she asked. Levy nodded. The two started meditating and Gajeel went off.

In the afternoon the training stopped. Juliana stretched and rubbed her eyes. It remembered Levy about the episode on the bathroom.

"Is something wrong with your eyes?" Levy asked.

"Huh?" Juliana stopped rubbing. "No, not at all," she answered and hurried into Fairy Hills.

Levy went to the guild. She was hungry and desperately needed something sweet too.  She sat at the bar eating a salad. Lucy and she started talking about their day. Lucy had been on a short mission with Natsu and Happy. Of course it was with those two, Lucy was always with them. Levy found it sweet and teased Lucy with it a lot. She blushed and teased Levy back with Gajeel. Levy's head turned red. The two agreed to shut their mouths. Levy ate her sweet instead. As she walked out the exit she met Gajeel and Panther Lilly.

"Hey Shrimp," Gajeel greeted.

"I have a name you know?" Levy answered.

"How's the training going?" Lily asked.

"Oh fine I guess.",

"Gajeel said it went very good," Lily said teasing.

Gajeel's face blushed slightly and so did Levy's. "T-thanks," 

Lily smiled looking between the two.

"It, eh, it's just cause most doesn't get Juliana's way of things. That's all." Gajeel said trying not to sound like he cared. Lily looked slightly mad at Gajeel.

"Thanks anyway," Levy said.

"See ya tomorrow Shrimp," Gajeel said as he and Lily walked away and Levy went home.

I feel like I owe you to update these more -.- well anyway hope you liked it? A little gajevy in the end, don't worry I'm working on getting some more of that into the next few parts. It's begin to look like something guys! ^^
