Some have questions regarding Dr Nidhi so let me clarify that Dr Nidhi is 45 years old experienced doctor. One of my friend's mother is gynecologist, I hear her saying to someone that being gynecologist she took limited cases whom she follow up after baby's birth to check on mother and baby health. Arnav smile and said "I understand what you are trying to say but Khushi we will not tell anyone. We will tell Maa first and let her decide whether she want to share with family or not it's her decision. Khushi Maa suffered lot and now she is very protective for us. I hope you understand."

Khushi "I understand you as well as Maa but still we will take sweets to home. We will not tell other but Maa only and its her right to take decision regarding us."

Arnav smile and drive to home when Khushi saw a person carry candy floss on his shoulder to sale on road. Khushi ask Arnav to stop the car.

Arnav ask "Khushi what happen are you ok."

Khushi "Arnavji look candy floss I want it."

Arnav open the door to go back to get candy floss before candy floss person go far away.

Khushi shouted "Arnavji get 5. Pink, orange, yellow, green and blue get all of the."

Arnav look at her and shake his head. He run towards candy floss person and ask for what Khushi ask then a girl around 20 comes and ask 2 candy floss of yellow and green colour. When candy floss person ask for money she said "my jiju will pay."

By saying she start eating and went away. The candy floss person look at Arnav then he pay for the girl also. Arnav come and give all 5 candy floss to Khushi.

Arnav was thinking about the girl why she called him jiju.

Arnav saw Khushi open pink first and start eating and feeding him too.

Khushi "Arnavji their is best sweet shop over their we will get sweets from their."

Arnav stop the car and went towards Khushi's side to open the door. Khushi put all candy floss packets on her seat with her half eaten pink one also. Arnav saw little bit candy floss around the corner of lips to right. He clean with hand and after locking the door they went inside the shop.

Arnav ask to pack 2 kg Kesar rasmalai by looking at Khushi. Her face glow by listening. She is looking at different types of edible items display their. Khushi "Arnavji can we have chat."

Arnav "Khushi we already have in lunch so no. I am buying Kesar rasmalai for you only and you have 5 candy floss too. Tomorrow I will discuss with doctor this too."
