Woke up at around 10:30am and watched Instagram reels til noon, now it's 12:22pm and I'm getting ready to head out to buy a blueberry smoothie and head to my therapy session. Maybe I can get some shift advice from my therapist (he knows I'm nonhuman). I'm not seeing a therapist for any mental health issues, it's to help me process different things in my life; things that may or may not have caused trauma, even things that just happened and things I may have anxiety about. He's pretty supportive about a lot of things which is why I told him I'm nonhuman (he's been supportive of it so far too)
It's 9:21pm and so far today I told my therapist about the shift (without mentioning the wolf part) and he described it as a second puberty. Explained how some people on the community go through it and some don't and hat the ones who do tend to come out of it a bit different from before. He's been giving off the accepting vibe that doesn't scream "I think you're crazy!" So far which is a good sign though I'm not sure what that says about him aside from being a supportive guy. He even said I was fortunate to potentially experience it.. I have a cool therapist lol
I saw Resident Evil: Raccoon City, a butt load of wtf. Speaking of Resident Evil, I once saw a insta post (more like retweet posted onto insta) of a woman who went to a company to get a Covid shot but the thing that sparked interest was the company's name and logo; Umbrella Corporation. She even said it gave her Resident Evil vibes cz of the series. One thing I know about movies is that often times, they expose the truth whether you see it or not.
