Ch 10

The next few days are the exact same. Wake up, take my medicine that Kun is now managing, eat breakfast, follow the boys to their events for the day, come home, eat, take my nighttime medicine and go to bed. By the fourth day I feel extremely bored and restless. Waking up to the normal alarm I sigh and stare up at the ceiling laying in bed. A few minutes later Xiaojun walks over and pokes me. "Come on up." I look at him and pout. "I don't want to Jun I'm bored. And tired of being hovered over." He blinks down at me for a moment before leaving the room. I sigh and lay there a few more minutes before sitting up and crawl out of bed when the door opens revealing Xiaojun. I look at him in confusion when he just smiles at me. "Come on hurry and get dressed." I sigh but pick some plain pants and shirt with a jacket to cover my arms. I head into the bathroom pulling on the clothes then brush my teeth and auburn hair making a frustrated noise when it curls up. Finally giving up I exit and head to my room grabbing a hat then walk into the living room only to see no one but Xiaojun there. Giving him a confused look he just smiles and motions me to follow him. We exit the dorm and get in a car that starts driving and soon we reach the mall. Once the car stops we get out and Xiaojun adjusts his mask before we head inside. "Why'd you bring me to the mall?" He shrugs. "You seemed like you needed a break. And I figured we could do some shopping for some clothes you actually like." I give him a slight look of shock and he smiles down at me. "It's not hard to notice the disappointing looks you give the clothes each time you pick something out. I know Lucas bought your wardrobe but he's got a limited sense of fashion and clothes." I can't help but to agree with that statement and Xiaojun's eyes crinkle up like he's smiling. He then motions around the mall. "Where do you wanna go first?" I look around before choosing a random store walking into it. I go over to the mens section and look through some shirts and jeans picking a few things out. But my gaze keeps going over to the women's section longingly. After I pick out a few things I start to head to the check out when I look at Xiaojun. "How am I paying for this?" He just takes the clothes and has them scanned before handing over a credit card. "Wait you don't have to pay. I can use Lucas's card." He just grabs the bag of clothes and leads me out of the store. "I'm treating you today and no pouting or complaining. Besides I'm an idol and this probably won't even dent my savings." I grumble and whine. "But I don't wanna use your money I feel like a gold digger." He just chuckles and tells me to choose another store. I do but don't really find anything and by the third store Xiaojun speaks up shocking me. "If you wanna look at the women's section you can. It doesn't bother me." I look at him in surprise and slight embarrassment. "How'd you know?" He just gives me a knowing look. "Because you keep looking over there all sadly with the puppy dog face." I blush and hesitate before heading over to the other side of the store. My eye is immediately drawn to this jean skirt with a long sleeved rainbow top and a silver heart in the middle. Smiling I look for my size and grab the items before looking at Xiaojun in excitement. "Jun look!" He nods saying cheerfully in a supportive tone. "Cool. You wanna try it on?" I immediately look at him wide eyed in awe. "Can I?" He just chuckles and leads me to the dressing rooms. "Of course. Make sure it fits and everything. Also to see how it looks." I smile and bounce into the dressing room pulling on the skirt and top I'm glad that my legs don't grow hair so that I can wear the skirt without issue. Once the outfit is on I look at myself in the mirror and stare feeling a little pretty and confident. Snapping out of it I put my hand on the doorknob saying hesitantly. "Jun you still there?" He pipes with a "yes are you ready?" I take a deep breath before walking out of the dressing room and stand in front of Xiaojun shyly. He looks at me wide eyed for a moment before clearing his throat and smiles. "You look really pretty." I blush and thank him shyly then go back into the dressing room to take the clothes off. I exit the room with the clothes and skip over to look at more outfits. Picking out a couple of things it consisting of black shorts and a tank top with knee high sneakers, a long sleeved pink dress with flowers on it and a black leather jacket with a stripped black and white shirt and black jeans. I also bought some cute pajama sets. Once I'm done shopping I have a big smile on my face and then I hear my stomach start to growl. Blushing Xiaojun gives me an amused look. "Let's go eat." I nod following him and we go to the food court ordering some noodles and sit down to eat. I eat some before wiping my mouth looking curious. "How come it doesn't bother you that a guy likes to wear girl clothes? Because usually that would be seen as messed up and being a freak." He finishes his noodles before wiping his mouth and answering. "Well I've always been pretty open minded about the lgbtq+ community. And sometimes Winwin likes to dress up and be pretty too. He just hasn't because he's scared you'd judge him." I look a little surprised before remembering hearing from Lucas he had a princess birthday party and made everyone dress up pretty. "So do you think Lucas will freak about the outfits?" He looks thoughtful for a moment. "I think he should let you be yourself. And if he doesn't then he needs to rethink things." I smile a little at that. Soon it's time to head home and Xiaojun helps me with my bags. As soon as we reach our room and put the clothes away I look at Xiaojun with a smile. "Thank you Jun. How can I repay you?" He immediately waves me off. "Don't worry about it. I already owed you for getting me away from Hana like a million times. This is me making it up to you. And I also like seeing you happy so just keep smiling and that'll be payment." I smile and nod then rub my eyes and excuse myself to go take my nighttime medicine then come back and climb into bed slowly falling asleep after wishing Jun a goodnight.
