Chapter 4

Sorry for the delay, I haven't been feeling well recently but I'm a little better now.

Our lips collided. He kissed me. He actually kissed me! 

I felt my cheeks go bright red as we stood there, our lips glued together. I felt his arms wrap around me as I moved mine over his shoulders and placed my hands in his hair.

It felt absolutely incredible. I never wanted to let go.

Mattheo's Pov

Wow, I kissed her. She didn't pull away and kissed me back. 

The world around us stopped. It felt amazing. I haven't kissed many girls before but out of the few that I have Y/n's the only one that makes me feel something. I've never felt like this before, and even though I just met her, it feels like I've known her for years. 

All of a sudden she stopped and pulled away slightly, resting her nose on mine. "Someone's coming", she whispered. "Who cares", I replied, kissing her once again, this time she pulled back, with a serious but sort of sad look on her face. It made me feel worried. We stood there in silence looking at each other, "Uhm, okay, who?", I asked wondering how she could even tell if someone was actually coming up here. 

She closed her eyes for a second and pushed a strand of hair behind her ear. "Uhm, it's Enzo", she said kind of sadly while opening her eyes and looking up at me again. "Okay... How do you know?", I said questioningly. Her eyes shot wide open and then she scrunched up her face as if she'd messed up and looked down at the floor as she spoke again softly, "Uh, I just have really good hearing", "Trust me", she added looking up at me apologetically, "Okay", I sighed, "Who's Enzo?", I added trying to change the topic. Her face lightened up, "Well he's my best friend", she said with a smile, "We met a few months before we started our first year at Hogwarts. We've been best friends for almost 5 years now and he means a lot to me", she said. I said "Cool", and smiled back, I'm not sure why but I think I was... jealous...

Y/n's Pov

The door opened and Enzo walked in. We made subtle eye contact and my smile dropped and I looked away from him, my brain replaying the conversation from earlier. I know I shouldn't have gotten pissed but sometimes I can't help it. Sometimes Enzo acts before he thinks and it can push my buttons. 

"Y/n", he started softly, looking over at Mattheo then back at me, "I wanted to say that I'm sorry, I know that it pisses you off when I act before I think and I'm trying to do better, I really am sorry, please forgive me?". I looked back over to him, "Okay, I forgive you, I'm also sorry, I shouldn't have gotten mad", I stated looking down at the floor. "It's okay, come here, I forgive you", he said as I walked over and hugged him.

I could feel Mattheo's eyes on me so I pulled out of the hug, "Thanks Enzo" I said walking back a little. I looked over at each boy, "Theo, this is Lorenzo Berkshire, we call him Enzo for short, and Enzo this is Mattheo Riddle, or Theo for short", I said with a smile hoping they could maybe get along. "It's nice to meet you Enzo", Theo stated kindly, putting his hand out, Enzo looked at him, then over at me and I looked back at him with pleading eyes. Enzo could see how much this meant to me and sighed slightly looking back over to Theo and taking his hand. They shook hands as Enzo said kindly with a smile, "It's nice to meet you to Theo".

"Well then boys, we should probably head back to the common room", I said giving them both a smile before walking off leaving them awkwardly together. They followed out the door one at a time and started talking as we all made our way back to the common room. They were a bit far behind me, so I listened in to their conversation as they struggled awkwardly. It was honestly kind of funny and I guess they thought I couldn't hear them, cause turns out they were talking about me.
