Hey y'all, it's been a looong while, I know I've been really M.I.A, and I am so sorry after all that I said, I hope you're all doing well, not doing long intros tho anymore, so here's the next chapter.

Hungry for blood...

I hadn't felt the temptation like this since that dreadful day.

Something's wrong.

I walked around the room only to realise I was in the hospital wing.

I saw the medicine cabinet and made my way towards it. I didn't feel any lure towards it, at least not like that lucid dream I had at the start of the year.

I found the door handle in the gloomy shadows and left the Hogwarts infirmary.

All of a sudden my hunger intensified.

I could smell blood.

My mind told me to stop but my body couldn't resist.

My feet dragged me toward the smell, my hunger only growing the closer I got.

I saw a girl sitting alone at the end of the corridor. Her head was down so I couldn't see her face.

I got closer and closer as I couldn't stop myself.

She was wearing a Ravenclaw uniform and only looked like she was in her second or third year.

TW - (C*tt!ng)

I noticed she had her sleeve up.

She moved something small and reflective along her wrist.

I knew what she was doing. I had tried it on myself before.

I froze.

My hunger completely diminished and my empathy came right back.

She hadn't noticed me at all but I had to say something, "Are you okay?", I questioned.

She jumped at the sound of my voice and quickly hid her arm and the blade.

She glanced up at me and then looked back down, hiding her face again.

"Yeah, I'm fine", she replied.

"I... uh...   I saw what you were doing, and I have to say, I don't believe you"

She looked up at me again and in the dim light of dawn, I noticed she had been crying.

Her eyes were red and puffy and I could see the tear stains along her cheeks.

"Please don't tell anyone", she cried softly.

"Look kid, I've been there too, I know what it's like. Let me help."

I sat down beside her and asked, "May I take a look?".

"Uhm... okay", she hesitated before pulling up her sleeve.

I took a look at her wrist. There were so many. Thankfully they weren't very deep.

"Tell me what's been going on that makes you feel the need to do this to yourself?"

TW - End

"My friends have been mean to me and they call me... bad names", she said unsure.

"Well they don't sound like very good friends to me"

"Yeah... you're right"

"So what do you think you should do in this situation"

"Maybe... tell a professor?", she said hesitantly.

"Yeah, that sounds like a good start. Do you have any other friends who are kind to you?

"Yeah... I have one..."
