My mother was trying not to explode in front of everyone, not letting anyone see her true colours.
"Darling" my mother spoke, I looked at her fists clenched, "mother... why are you here?" I asked, anger and fear running through me, anger crossed my mothers face, I should of kept my mouth closed.
"I got a call from one of your friends saying you disappeared, and it disturbed my week, where have you been?" My mother said, in a cheery voice but in her mind she was thinking ways of making my life hell.
I was about to answer when someone else answered for me, "she was with me" Becky snapped, yes, I told her about my mum and sister as well, she hates her now.
My mother glared at Becky, the type of glare that would leave grown men scared, but being Becky, she just glared back arms crossed, "treat me with respect, Child" My mother growled lowly, true colours showing a little? "respect needs to be earnt" Becky stated not even batting a eyelid.
My mother looked astonished to say the least, she opened her mouth and what came out showed her true colours: "not if you are talking to a low life scum of a child, I feel sorry for your parents, Bitch"
No body spoke, even Becky who looked ready to kill, my mother turned to me a sickly sweet smile on her face, "we are here for your birthday dinner, we made it into lunch cause I have a appointment with the hairdressers later" my mother... no, Beth, I'm calling her by her name now, said.
She doesn't even give a shit about her daughters birthday.
"Your a sociopath who don't give a shit about their daughter, no wonder why he left you"
What shocked me the most wasn't what was said, it was who said it... those words came out of my mouth, I finally snapped, she finally broke all those walls I built up so I didn't let my emotions run free.
Shock.
That's what everyone's face screamed at me, and I just stood there, my hands balled into fists and teeth clenched, I was angry, hell that couldn't tell you how angry I was.
"Alice..." Becky started but I shock my head, I didn't have anything to say to anyone other then my mother.
Looking at my mother she looked just as angry as me, but I got the words out first...
