Andy Diggory held his books close to his chest as he tried to remember the directions his siblings had told him to that very morning. Although knowing CJ and Reggie they could be sending round in circles, no Lucy wouldn't let them do that - at least not on his first week.

Finally he stopped on the seventh floor opposite the tapestry of of Barnabas the Barmy teaching trolls ballet. He paced back and forth three times thinking 'I want a room where me and my siblings can go.'

After the third pace the door appeared, Andy was hesitant on opening it, afraid this was still on of his older brothers pranks, but the door opened and no stink bomb appeared out of no where, he walked through letting the door shut behind him and let out a breathe at what he saw.

The room had been made into a cosy space, with hangings of the Slytherin, Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw house banners around the wall. A book shelf with all there favourite stories were on the wall, and another with all the books they needed for class. A desk was also situated in between the two bookshelves with a fake window showing the Quidditch ground above it. Over on the other wall was a Quidditch broom station had been set up for the Diggory children that played on there house team.

Surrounding a fire that burned brightly in a marble fireplace, seven comfy chairs were set up, one for each sibling and in case they wanted to bring a guest though any of them rarely did.

Lucy was sat in a blue deep set arm chair reading a...a Quidditch book of all things, Regulus was sitting on an emerald green patchwork on, his feet hanging over the edge as he studied the Marauders map, the map there grandfather and Teddy's biological father had created, and CJ was sitting with his head thrown back over the yellow patchwork chair looking extremely bored.

As soon as he heard the door click close, CJ's head snapped up, he looked eager but the look disappeared when he saw it was only Andy "ey, you found it then."

"Yeah" Andy replied, he hesitantly placed his over loaded school bag down and saw on the edge of a black arm chair, scared it would disappear underneath him "surprised Reg didn't see me coming."

"Oh I did" Reggie said swinging his legs and body around and throwing one leg other the other.

"Oh."

"What'd you want me to do? Hold the door open for you?"

"Leave him alone you two" Lucy said from behind her book, but the boys knew it was accompanied by an eye roll, there was usually an eye roll when she spoke to them. "How's your first day going?"

"Uh" it was going horrendously awful, but it could have been better, he had gotten lost with Scorpio twice, turned up twenty minutes late for Professor Longbottoms Herbology class, been teased for being a teachers kid and had hidden during his break in his mums office "good."

"Got any shit yet?" CJ asked looking quickly at the door before back to his little brother.

"No, not really" Andy said messing up with front of his hair that had grown over the summer "only a little for dad being a teacher."

"So not for any other reasons then?"

"No" he said alarmed looking at all his siblings "why, why?"

"Because of our bat shit family ancestors" Reggie said gesturing wildly to the portraits of the Black-Diggory family that lined the walls, most frames were empty.

Reggie just looked even more confused.

"Has mum not had the talk with you yet?" Lucy asked putting her book down.

"No" Reggie said touching his hair again "what talk?"

"The 'a lot of people in our family are actually criminals talk'" Reggie said "we all got it before we started school."

Andy looked like his eyes were about to pop out of his head, he knew most of there past family were the most stand up people but they were more connected to his mum not him.

"Does this mean we're gonna have to give you the talk? Cos bagsey not doing it" CJ said holding his hand up.

"Yeah I'm not doing it either" Reggie added.

"Uh, no I'm not doing it CJ is oldest, he should do it" Lucy argued, her brow creasing as it often did when she grew angry.

"What! But you're Lucy!"

"So!?"

"Ah! Fine!" CJ said throwing his head back.

"So CJ is giving me the talk?" Andy asked uncertainly.

"Yes" CJ huffed "but I am so having words with mother after school. So it all started with our great, grandfather Abraxas who-"

The door to the secret room opened again, this time Henry (the only person apart from Victorie who knew about the room) strolled in.

CJ's entire face lit up at the sight of his boyfriend "sorry Andy, story time will have to resume later" he hopped up from the arm chair, and after giving Henry a heated kiss they both down down on the only sofa in the room, CJ resting his head on Henry's lap.

"What did I walk into?" Henry asked beginning to run his hands through CJ's hair.

"We were giving Andy the 'our whole family are criminals' talk" CJ answered.

"Are any of them even in Azkaban?" Henry asked curiously.

"Nah, mum killed them all" Reggie replied unfolding the map.

"What!" Andy yelled.

"Regulus" Lucy snapped sounding scarily like Lina, throwing the pillow resting behind her at her brother, it hit him square on the face with a satisfying thud "mum, didn't kill anyone Andy."

"She didn't?" Andy asked.

"No."

CJ scoffed, he would let Andy live in the land of innocence for a little but longer but as soon as he had his History of Magic lessons, and covered the battle of Hogwarts and everything the students of Hogwarts had been through nearly twenty years ago, he would have questions that only there parents could answer, and then he would learn the truth. It was basically a Diggory child right of passage at this point.

Lucy looked over and saw the time "I gotta go" she said shoving the Quidditch book in her back.

"Why? Lessons don't start for another ten minutes." Henry asked.

Lucy's cheeks flushed slightly "I'm meeting a friend before potions."

"Who?" Reggie asked.

"None of your business, nosy git" she said.

"Ah doesn't matter I'll find out in a few mites anyway, cant wait to find out especially since you don't have any friend."

"I have friends" she mumbled, she grabbed her bag and stalked off to the door, she had her hand on the handle but before she did she looked back and saw Reggie waving the map at her "Accio, Mauraders Map."

The map went flying out of Reggie's hand and before he could reach out to catch it, Lucy already had it in her grip and had slip out the door.
