Currently we see Tsunade talking with both Homura and Kohoru.

Koharu: Listen carefully Tsunade, we must send word to the feudal lord that the fifth Hokage has officially arrived, all the preparations must be prepared at once for the installation ceremony.

Tsunade: Can't we just skip the ceremonies? They're such a bore.

Koharu: Tsunade!!

Tsunade: Ok. Ok, it comes with the job I guess. One of the perks of being Hokage.

Koharu: Genma.

Genma then appears out of nowhere behind her bowing his head.

Genma: Here.

Koharu: Alba

Alba: Here.

Koharu: Send out the word everyone in the village must be made aware that in a few days from now we will officially welcome the fifth Hokage.

Genma and Alba: Ok.

Both then disappear going to spread the word. Before anything could be done though Pervy Sage had walked in.

Tsunade: Jiraiya what are you doing here?

Homura: We called him here.

Tsunade: Why?

Homura: You know doubt have questioned why the file in front of you is there and we told you not to open it. Well now that the boys master is here you and the other two can read it.

Both Shizune and Pervy Sage crowd around Tsunade as she opens up the file. As all three were reading it Shizune's face kept getting more and more shocked, Tsunade's was getting angrier same with Pervy Sage, but his was for a different reason.

Pervy Sage(thoughts): That lucky brat. How come both L/N pass me in getting women so easily. At least I can use this for martial for my book!!

Tsunade: How could this have been approved without the Hokage's approval?

Homaru: Well, do to him passing away unfortunately we had to make certain accommodations just in case things wouldn't go as planned with you being the Fifth Hokage.

Tsunade: The civilian and or Ninja council are not allowed to make this decision even in daring times.

Homaru: I guess your time away has made you forget customs. The councils are not allowed to make decisions for things such as going to war and other things that stretch outside of village parameters unless its a treaty or some form of alliance.

Tsunade: Jiraiya!?

Pervy Sage: Sorry Tsunade, but they're right whether you like it or not its already been done.

Tsunade(thoughts): Damn it they did this before hand so I wouldn't have any say in it when I took up position.

Koharu: And that's not all, here.

Koharu then hands over a scroll that has the hidden sand seal on it. Tsunade opened that one up as well and Shizune along with Pervy Sage crowded around her again.

Tsunade(thoughts): A political marriage?!?!

Homaru: As you can see it is an old practice but one that is very much welcomed as it will secure or alliance with the Hidden Sand. This would be very beneficial for the boy as well.

Tsunade: Your not doing this for the boy your doing this because of his abilities!! You see him nothing more then a tool or weapon, an asset!! How could you do such things to a child!
