11. Sick

[Y/N POV]

It's been a month since I've become friends with Jisung and I could say we got closer and closer every single day. he's a sweet and caring guy, however, he can turn into a weird guy sometimes. I woke up late today and I felt all parts of my body sore but I still went to school.

[Time Skip – Classroom]

"Hey, you alright?" Winter looked at me with a worried face. "Yeah, I'm alright" I answered her. "Don't lie, Y/N. you look pale today" she put her palm on my forehead. "Yah, you're burning. Why do you still force yourself to come today?" she scolded me. "I'm fine, don't worry" I reassured her. "But if you cannot continue this anymore please tell me and I'll take you to the school clinic" Winter said and I nodded then the class began.

[Time Skip – Lunch]

"Are you sure you can walk to the cafeteria?" Winter held my shoulders to prevent me from falling. I was stumbling a lot. "I want to eat" I said and Winter nodded. While we were eating, I felt like I wanted to throw up so I ran to the toilet. "Yah, where are you going?" Winter screamed at me but I didn't care. When I arrived at the toilet, I was throwing up. "Should I go home?" I asked myself. "But I'm so weak right now" I thought. I sat on the toilet floor for a while then I went out of the toilet but when I walked out, I bumped into someone and I fell to the ground. "Are you alright?" the person knelt down and looked at me. "Y/N?" the person said and I looked at the person. "Jaem—" I couldn't finish my words, I fainted.

[Jaemin POV]

I was in the cafeteria with my friends when I remember I left my wallet in my locker, so I got up and was about to leave but Haechan held me back "Where are you going?" "I'm going to my locker" I said. "Why?" Jeno asked. "I forgot to take my wallet" I replied. "I'll treat you today, hyung" Chenle said. "You sure?" I asked. "Ofc, I'll treat all of you today" he said. "What's going on with you?" Jisung asked him while putting his palm on Chenle's forehead. "Is he sick?" Renjun said. "No, he is fine" Jisung replied. "I have good news" Chenle exclaimed. "What's that?" this time Mark hyung spoke. "I just dated with Ning Ning" he smiled. "WHAT!?" Renjun, Haechan and Jeno said in the same time. "When?" Jisung asked him. "Yesterday. So as a self-reward, I'm going to treat you guys" Chenle said. "Congrats and hurry up, I'm hungry" I said. then we went to buy our food. "How about you, Jisung? When will you date Y/N?" Haechan asked Jisung and the others like saying "Yeah when?" but I didn't care and keep eating my food. "I don't know, hyung. I don't think she likes me back" Jisung looked sad. "How do you know if you haven't asked her yet" Renjun comforted him. "Last time she said she loves me as her brother. I think she just assumes me as her brother" then Chenle patted his back "It's alright, just try it first" "But I don't want to ruin our friendship" Jisung replied. " Try it now or you'll regret it later" Mark hyung told him. "Yeah, Mark hyung was right" Jeno said. I banged the table then stood up and it made them looked at me. "What's wrong with you, man?" Mark hyung looked at me. "Nothing, I just want to go to the toilet" I said and left them. I didn't know why but every time they talked about Y/N and Jisung, I felt uncomfortable. I just ruffled my hair all way to the toilet. I washed my face then walked out from the toilet but when I was walking past the girls' toilet, I bumped into a girl and she fell, so I quickly knelt down to see her. I was surprised because it was Y/N. "Y/N?" I asked her but when she wanted to reply to me, she suddenly fainted, so I shook her body a little but I got no response, thus I carried her to the school clinic.

[School Clinic]

"Nurse, please help me" I said to the nurse as soon as I entered the clinic. "Put her on the bed first" the nurse calmed me down. "What happened with her, Jaemin?" she asked me. "I don't know. We were bumping to each other then she fell after that she unconscious like that, so I brought her here and she looks so pale" I told the nurse and she nodded. "Can you wait outside for a while? I'll check it out" she said and I walked out. I didn't know why but I waited until the nurse came out of the room. "Is she alright?" I asked the nurse. "Calm down, Jaemin. She's alright just tired and got not enough rest" the nurse explained. "Can I go in?" I asked the nurse and she nodded. I quickly went in and saw she's still sleeping peacefully. I carefully removed the hair that covering her face. I was staring at her then I felt sleepy and without knowing it, I've fallen asleep.

[Time Skip – After School]

[Y/N POV]

I woke up and felt a little bit dizzy, I also felt heavy on my right arm and when I turned around, I saw Jaemin was sleeping peacefully there. "Did he bring me here?" I thought, then I looked at his sleeping figure while creasing his chubby cheek softly. "I don't know why you always act cold toward other people but when you sleep you look like a bunny. Sleep well, Jeaminie" I said with a very low voice. Then I heard someone entered the room, it was the nurse. "Oh, you have woken up. How do you feel now?" she asked me. "I feel better but still dizzy a little bit" I saw the nurse smiled. "You're so lucky to have Jaemin. He was worried about you and I think that was the first time he cared and worried to other people. Anyways, you can go home after this. The school was ended an hour ago" the nurse said. "What time is it?" I asked. "It's 6 pm" she said and walked out. I looked at Jaemin and shook his body gently then he slowly opened his eyes. "Are you feel better now?" he asked me. "Yes and thank you for bringing me here" I thanked him. "No problem, Y/N" he smiled and it was the first time I saw him smiling. "Oh, the nurse told me that you should rest tomorrow, so don't come to school, okay?" he said and I nodded. "I want to go home now" I said and tried to get down but I was still weak, I was stumbled a bit and was about to fall but Jaemin caught me. "Be careful, you're still sick" he said still supporting my back. "Let me take you home" he said and I just nodded. "Where do you live?" he asked while we were walking in the corridor. It was creepy because only the two of us were left there. I told him where I lived and he nodded. He opened his car door for me and drove me to my house.
