[Jaemin POV]

Chenle said we should meet up at 6 pm at the XXX club, actually, I was so lazy today but I had nothing to do either at home, so I decided to go with them. 'knock...knock' someone knocked on my door. "Come in" I yelled from my room, it was my maid. "Excuse me, young master but madam calls you" she said and I just nodded then she left my room. I went downstairs to meet my mom.

[Downstairs]

"What's wrong mom?" I asked her as soon as I reached the living room. "Are you busy right now?" she asked me. "No, why?" I looked at her. "Can I ask you a favor?" she said. "Go ahead, mom" I sat opposite her. "Can you go to Dream café and buy me hot tea and porridge?" she looked at me but her face looked so pale. "Are you sick, mom?" I asked her while looking at her worriedly. "Just a little bit feeling unwell" she replied while smiling at me. I sighed before talking again "I have told you not to overwork again, why didn't you listen to me? You're still not fully recover, mom" "I'm sorry darling but I promise I will listen to you start from now" she smiled. "Does dad know about your condition?" I asked her but she shook her head. "He has a meeting today" she replied. "Okay, then I'll go now. do you need anything else?" I asked and helped her to stand up. "I think that's all" she said. "Where are you going?" I asked still held her shoulders. "I'm going to rest in my room" she said while walking. "Let me help you" I helped her and let her laid on her bed. "I'll go now and I'll also buy some medicine for you. If anything happens just dial my number, okay mom?" I looked at her worriedly and she just nodded.

[Still Jaemin POV]

"Welcome to Dream Café, may I help you, sir?" asked the cashier. "One ice americano, one hot tea, and one porridge, please" I ordered. "Are those for taking away?" she asked me then I looked at her and nodded. "Okay, then it costs 20.000 won, please" she said then I paid her. "Thank you, please wait for a while" she said and left for making the orders. I looked at her one more time then sat on the vacant table. "Why she looked familiar, I thought I had met her before but where" I thought in my mind then I just shrugged it off. After a moment my order has finally done, she gave me the food then I exited the café and went home.

I was laying on my bed while scrolling my phone when I got a call from Jeno.

Jeno: Where are you?

Me: At home, why?

Jeno: Are you coming or not?

Me: Huh?

Jeno: All of us already here, except you. Are you coming or not?

Me: (Looked at the clock) Sh*t, I forgot about it. I'm going now.

Jeno: Hurry up

Then he hung up the call. I cursed to myself. How could I forget that I was supposed to meet them tonight. I swiftly took my jacket then went downstairs. "Is mom still sleeping?" I asked one of my maids. "Yes, young master" she replied. "Please tell her that I'm going out with my friends" I said then left my house.

"There you go, where have you been, huh?" Renjun asked me as soon as I sat beside Haechan. "I forgot, sorry" I said and took out my phone. "How could you forget about it" Jeno asked me. "Just shut up, I was taking care of my mom" I said a little bit annoyed. "Has she not fully recovered yet?" asked Jeno. "Yeah, sometimes she is still weak. After the successful surgery, she still needs the process to go back to how she used to be, but of course, it can't be exactly the same as before she was sick" I said and all of them nodded in unison. "Is it the reason why you don't want to date anyone yet?" Renjun asked me. "Not at all, I haven't met someone that fit me well. All the girls that I have met, only want my money and after I told them that I have to take care of my mom because of her illness, all of them tended to leave me because they said I only care about my mom. Ofc, I care a lot about her, she is my mom. I want to date someone who can accept me not only me but also my family" I said and Jeno patted my back. "We are always there for you" he smiled. "I know" I replied. "Okay, let's not be sad anymore let's have fun" Chenle said. We ordered the food and drank a lot of alcohol. I'm not the type of person who likes to drink alcohol so I just drank a bit but not with Chenle, Renjun, and Haechan they drank a lot until they were drunk. Currently, the three of them were dancing with random girls and Chenle even got kissed by a random girl. I just watched them from our table along with Jeno and Jisung. "By the way, where is Mark hyung?" I asked them. "Mina noona didn't let him come" Jisung replied. "Why would he listen to that b*tch? I don't like her since the beginning. I know she only wants his fame" Jeno said while sipping his wine. "I know, once I spotted she was kissing with Hyunjin but then she told Mark hyung that they weren't kissing and you guys know what? Mark hyung believed her rather than me" Jisung rolled his eyes. "We can't do anything, just let him be. At least we have warned him before" I said and they nodded. "How about you? Are you going to find a new girlfriend again?" Jeno asked Jisung. "Me? After what Karina had done to me, I don't think I would find a new girl anytime soon" Jisung said. "She cheated behind you, right? That's why I don't trust girls. First Jeno and now You. Who's next? Mark hyung?" I chuckled. "Yah, we never saw you chuckled again after what happened to your mom" Jeno looked at me. "I'm fine right now. At least the operation was a success. Now, I want to focus on my mom's health" I said and they nodded. "Hyung, you probably can talk with Y/N. I think she's a good girl" Jisung said. "Why don't you do that? She probably can be your girlfriend or perhaps you already like her because you kept talking about her since this morning" I smirked and Jisung panicked. "Me? no..no..no" he said. "Hahahaha, alright. How about you? Are you still having a crush on that girl?" I looked at Jeno and he was shocked. "Jeno hyung? Does he have a crush on someone right now?" Jisung looked at both of us. "He didn't tell you yet?" I asked Jisung and he shook his head. "Well.... He has a crush on Winter" I replied and Jisung was shocked. "Kim Minjeong? My classmate? Y/N's friend?" he gasped and covered his mouth. "yeah, I like her, why? Do you like her?" Jeno looked at him. "No, but how? I mean out of hundreds of girls on our uni how could you like her? you never talk with her before" Jisung asked Jeno. "Idk, she caught my attention since the beginning of this semester" Jeno replied. "Do you need my help, hyung?" Jisung offered. "If you want, then yes" Jeno looked excited. "But you have to repay me with the newest PS that I want" Jisung said while wiggling his eyebrows. "I'll give you more than that if you can make Winter as my girlfriend" Jeno replied. "Deal" they shook hands. "You guys are so childish" I chuckled. "I want to go home now" I said and ready to leave. "How about them?" Jeno pointed at Haechan, Renjun, and Chenle who were completely drunk. "Aish... I'll take Renjun. Jeno, you take Haechan and Jisung will take Chenle" I said and they nodded. I took Renjun to his house and went home.
