"How do you know me?" Sapphire asked in a high pitched voice. "My dear... You are my grand daughter. How? Well, when you were born, you three sisters were playing in the woods. Your mother was watching over you. Though when you started to play hide and seek, you're mother started to get worried. The next thing you know, Sakura and Nayru come and say, 'Where's Sapphire Mommy?'. Your mother looked around, searching for you. She never found you, and it was declared that you were gone. We returned to camp sadly. Your mother died a few months after the incident. I think your mother died more because of sadness, and not disease. After a year, we have finally found you... Anyways... So, when your mother returned, we gave Sakura and Nayru these sticks so they could protect themselves. These sticks can make people permanently blind, or temporarily. Also, they can burn the flesh off of people. Now, I shall grant you the power of Pokemon- Amazing at kicks and punches!" Grandpa announced and put his hand on Sapphire's heart. Power surged through Sapphire. "Grandpa, you gave me 10 points! YAY THANKS!" Sapphire smiled. Nayru exclaimed, "Our sticks make people blind! We should totally get 15 points for this!" Sakura nodded in agreement. Solem was secretly watching what the old chief had to say. His eyes became huge. "The sticks can actually harm people? Oh no," The wolf boy thought. After the talk, the girls ran up to Solem. "I want to try this out!" Sapphire squealed and shouted, "FALCO PUNCH!" Nayru yelled, "YES. Let me try!" Nayru kicked Solem. Sakura wanted to use her stick, so she screamed, "TEMPORARY BLIND!" The boy couldn't see for a few good seconds, until Grandfather came and told Sakura to turn him back to normal. "'UNBLIND!" Sakura said and poked the wolf boy. He screamed "OUCH" during the whole time.
Grandpa called Solem into his hut. "Look, I'm about to put a huge responsibility on you. You must take care of my grandchildren, and also, you must lead them into the royal lands. Do not fail me. I wish to see the Queen gone forever. Best of luck, Solem, Wolf Shapeshifter," Grandpa explained.
Solem ran over to the girls, "Hey, want to play a game? It's called... Umm... Let's go find this person, and hurt her, and get 2,000 points!" The girls' mouths flew open. "2,000 points? THAT IS A HUGE NUMBER OF POINTS! We agree!" Sakura yelled. The next morning, Grandpa had packed bags, filled with supplies. Each person grabbed their own backpack.
So, they set out on their journey to the royal lands. Of course, they had to be in disguise do nobody would notice that they are Shapeshifters.
"Let's take a break. I'll of get some food for lunch," Solem announced.
Sakura, Nayru, and Sapphire were playing, waiting for Solem to come and give food. "We're hungry! Where are you?" The girls whined simultaneously.
Solem was very irritated. He was hunting, and these girls were screaming their heads off. Couldn't they be quiet for like... At least a second?! Solem turned into a wolf and pounced on the calm deer. He grabbed the meat out of the poor deer and went back. "Here," he mumbled and tossed the raw meat at the girls. "THIS IS DIGUSTING! You're not good at cooking," Nayru complained. Sakura and Sapphire nodded in agreement. "WHAT DO YOU WANT THEN?" Solem shouted. The girls got tears in their eyes. "You hurt us," Sakura said. Solem felt a bit of guilt, but the rest was fear of getting hurt by the chief. So, he cooked the meat over a fire he had made. He handed the now roasted meat to the girls. Nayru ate it all up, since she was extremely hungry. "It's at least better than last time," Nayru whispered. Sapphire chewed on it, little by little finishing it. Sakura stared at the meat. "It's not a fruit, it's not a vegetable, it's not even a rabbit. What is this weird thing?" She asked. Solem told her it was a deer. Sakura ate it slowly, disgust on her face. Solem ate it like a wolf, of course. I mean, his spirit animal was a wolf. After lunch, the girls and the boy started to walk again. Suddenly, a problem arouse. Sapphire reached into her pack for some water and she commented, "You guys have water in your backpacks, right? Can I drink out of yours?" The group had never really drank water, since none of them really got thirsty. They checked in their bags, and none of them had water. "Uh... None of us have water," Nayru said. "HOW ARE WE GOING TO SURVIVE!" Solem yelled. The girls had no clue. Solem immediately turned into a wolf and climbed up the tree. He looked from on top of the tree, and he saw nothing, no water what so ever. Sapphire wailed, "I'm really thirsty!" "Sorry sis, but I only have bedding, a weapon, and lots of orange juice in my pack," Nayru said. "WAIT. You have juice? Sapphire could drink that! WHY DID YOU NOT GIVE IT TO HER?" Solem questioned. "Sapphire said water," Nayru pointed out. Solem shook his head and ordered Nayru to give some juice to Sapphire. Sapphire happily drank out of it.
The group continued their journey. By about three days, they were nearing the forest area of the royal land. "Ok, I want you all to transform into any forest animal, and we have to agree on which one we all should transform into," Solem explained. Sakura and Nayru transformed into a deer. Sapphire transformed into a little bunny. Solem transformed into a bear. The twins saw the bunny, and agreed to them. So, Sakura and Nayru morphed into a bunny. "Fine... Bunny it is," Solem mumbled. He couldn't have another crying session of these girls. Solem became a bunny. The group entered the forest area. "I can't believe we are in the royal land," Sakura said, astonished.
