Castle

Author's Note: We're coming near the end of the book :( . I think about one more chapter after this and then it's completed. Upsetting... Anyways, to the chapter-

Jinx found her friends, who were yelling Jinx's name. Suzan was at the lead, since of course, Jinx is her sista (as she would say it).

"Hey!" Jinx excitedly called out to her friends. Everyone ran over to her. The girl scolded her, and the boys shook their heads. After all their ruckus, Jinx told them about her finding her spirit animal- The panther. Suzan looked at her sister with great pride. She had found her spirit animal. Her little Jinx, her little sister Jinx. They had completely forgotten about their battle they wanted to do.

"Uhh.... People? The Queen?" One of them reminded.

"Oh ya! Completely forgot about that," Another replied.

So they started heading to the castle. Many had doubts in their minds. They hadn't even come with a plan in hand. The group was just going to go and attack. That's not a very good idea since thousands of people guarded the castle. They had the beginning of true plan decided though.

Solem was in the lead. He said that he was the most powerful, but that wasn't exactly true. The team had a whole argument on that one statement. Some said that they were the most powerful. Some argued that nobody was that powerful yet. Sakura and Nayru slightly agreed to that, because of their grandpa. He was the leader of the whole shapeshifter group that lived in the hills. The whole thing ended though because of the most reasonable statement.

"We're all a team, nobody's the most powerful. We're powerful- When we're together as a team. Not separate."

That made the whole group calm down. Though Solem still ended up at the front. I guess he wasn't use to being in large groups. He did live in the woods alone for years. Or maybe he was use to being the leader. Another reason could be that he wanted to protect all of them. We won't ever know though, since there's no device in Edwin's backpack for mind reading.

They snuck around the castle, looking for a good way to enter. "Look- There's a empty tower there, we should be able to get in somehow," Lynn pointed out. All the others nodded their heads. There were green vines with moss surrounding on the tower, so they climbed up on that. Solem went first, with Suzan, Lynn, Nayru, Sapphire, and Edwin following. Sakura and Jinx were last. They all stood on the ledge looking outside the window. "Well come on up already!" Solem yelled, the sound bouncing across the walls. Jinx happily started to climb up, hopping across to the vines. As Jinx was halfway there, Sakura started to go up.

Suddenly, a cracking sound came from the big vine Sakura and Jinx were on. The vine snapped, and Sakura and Jinx started to fall down. The others reached their hands out, but it was hopeless. Of course the tower wasn't tall enough for them to die by the fall. They might injure their legs or hands. In fear, Jinx morphed into a little kitty cat. Sakura landed face first on the ground and moaned. "Ouch..." She mumbled. Sakura then moaned once more. Why? Jinx had landed on her back. Jinx smiled and said, "Cats always land on their paws!" She hadn't gotten injured one bit because of Sakura.

"Ugh.... And humans get mad when a cat lands in their injured self," She muttered. Jinx just shook her head.

"I don't think that's an actual saying Sakura," She commented.

"You little," Sakura started as she picked off Jinx. Jinx scurried away. (She was still a cat.)

Sakura's face had become horrible. There were many scratches all over her body, but she seemed ok enough to come up to the others. Jinx morphed back into a human. She quickly went up in fright, afraid that Sakura would do something to her. Sakura wouldn't do anything of such sort, but Jinx just wanted to be cautious.

Sakura another vine and went up. As she reached the top, she stopped. "I don't think I can get up there... Even my holy stick can't help me on this one," She said. Solem just shook his head. "Oh come on," He urged. Sakura sighed, and grabbed the ledge, sliding her body onto it. She heavily sighed.

Solem asked, "So what's our next-" Though Lynn put her hand over his mouth. "Do you not understand? We're in the castle, the queen could be anywhere around. Whisper!" She explained. Solem nodded, and Lynn put her hand off his mouth. Jinx, Sakura, Sapphire, and Nayru silently laughed at Solem's actions.

"Ok, but seriously- What's the plan?" He asked- Whispered this time though.
"Everyone put your thinking caps on," Nayru said, gesturing Jinx. She took out her magic sticks and actually made caps appear. They were blue caps, with the word THINK imprinted on them. The three sister, Jinx, and Edwin put theirs on immediately, while the others hesitated.
"If you think I'm going to put that on my head then you're so wrong," Solem sternly decided.
"Fine, then we won't help you," The five replied back. Solem put the cap on, and so did the other two who hadn't.

Time for them to think about the plan- But they were interrupted by a loud cackle coming down the dark passageway.
