March 3rd, 2015

Even thought it's the very beginning of the month, I already know it's going to be good. Dominica now lives next door with Ricardo, Fernando has returned from Miami and is literally at our houses every day. I'm on social media a lot more, and I'm just enjoying life. We haven't heard from Seb which is sad, but I hope he's doing well. I just realized I haven't been driving very much since I moved here. I've been taking taxi's or Dominica schleps me everywhere. But do I really need a car? It's not impractical for this town, but it's also not needed. UGH! Decisions decisions. Eleanor.

I got the worst sunburn today and it's already starting to peel after the shower I took. It covers my whole back and it hurts like hell. I just hope it goes away soon because I'm about ready to cry. I also accidentally clicked on an Anime today on Netflix called Rosario + Vampire and it was surprisingly good. I'm not one for that type of scene but I was hooked! I just hope I don't go through the entire Anime section this weekend. Later! Eleanor.

Well, I ended up ordering the whole Rosario + Vampire manga series and I'm on book six I believe. The anime is much more provocative, but I remember reading Oyasumi PunPun a few years ago and it was MUCH worse. Lot's of porn. Anyways, today was pretty chill. I did laundry and had Dominica, Ricardo, and Fernando over. We all watched a movie on Netflix called Behaving Badly with Nat Wolff and Selena Gomez. I literally died laughing. I just want Awkward on Netflix now. Peace. Eleanor.

DOMINICA IS ENGAGED! I REPEAT, DOMINICA IS ENGAGED! It happened about twenty minutes ago and I've never see Dominica cry the way she did. Ricardo profusely professed his love for her and produced the most amazing I've ever seen. They hugged and kissed for a long time then went into town to celebrate. I've never been so happy for someone in my entire life and I can't wait for the wedding. Cheers! Eleanor.

Okay, the Taylor Swift mash-up by Louisa Wedorff is fucking amazing and I can't stop listening to it. It's literally the most amazing thing ever. Taylor loves it obvi because she stalks her fans all the time, duh. Oh and Bohemian Rhapsody by the Glee cast is fantastic because I'm obsessed with Jesse St. James. Not to mention Queen songs in general. Maggie is always listening to classic songs. That's why I bought her a Fleetwood Mac shirt for Christmas last year. She hasn't stopped wearing it since. Anywho, I need to sleep now. Eleanor.

Dominica wants to go to Kleinfelds in New York to buy her wedding dress. I went there when Louis and I were still engaged just to see a few, and I almost ended up buying one, but my mum talked me out of it. Thank god. I told her I'd go with her and book her appointment and she was over the moon with thank you's. Fernando wanted to tag along but we told him he's in charge of planning Ricardo's bachelor party. He quickly agreed and started making calls. Probably for the best strippers in El Lupe. Maybe not. Who knows with Fernando! Ciao. Eleanor.

New York is the same as it's been since I last visited and Kleinfelds is still as snooty as ever. The dress prices are sky-high and I think Dominica just had a heart attack. I must go to make sure she's okay. Eleanor.

Dominica still hasn't found a dress, so were going to some designers today to see if anyone can make her a custom dress for the wedding. I know it's a bit odd to be buying this early on in the engagement, but Dominica is a get-stuff-done kind of girl and she's want to have a dress as soon as possible so she can cross it off her list. Eleanor.

We met with Vera Wang today and she agreed to make a dress for Dominica and I swear she was going to faint when Vera hugged her. I met Vera at London Fashion Week two years ago, and we've been friends ever since. We spent an hour with her going over the design and then we went out to Vera's favourite sushi bar and had dinner. I guess this trip hasn't been so bad after all. Peace! Eleanor.

I'm kind of sad to be going home today, but at least I got some shopping done. I bought a new pair of Tory Burch Miller sandals because my old ones crapped out on me and broke. I bought a pretty rose-gold metallic colour that'll look amazing once I get my lazy ass out on the beach and tan. April is so close and I can't wait. I don't why since April isn't even one of my favourite months, but still. Night! Eleanor.

I broke my ankle. Dammit.

March 31st, 2015

Today is the last day of March and I'm sad.Even though this month was drama-filled, there were still a ton of happy moments. I broke my ankle two days ago after I tripped over a bump in my carpeting. I heard a sickening crack and screamed. Ricardo rushed me to the hospital and waited with me until it was set back in place and I was sent home with a lavender cast. Dominica is so lucky to have Ricardo, you have no idea. He's so caring and kind. You have no idea how excited I am for their wedding the months to come. Until next month! Eleanor.
