January 2nd, 2015

It's the second day of 2015, diary!! I can't believe I've had you with me for five years!!! That really blows my mind. I know there was a huge gap from when I first started this diary and I want to apologize. For the longest time I thought keeping a diary was ridiculous and childish, but I soon realized this would be the perfect way to express myself. I'm just so excited to start the new year, you literally have no idea. Eleanor.

January 4th, 2015

Not a lot has happened here on El Lupe but I have been going out every morning with Seb for our surf lessons. But recently they aren't lessons. There more like two people sitting on the beach talking and eating slices of Papaya dipped in sugar. I try not to stare when he talks but it's just so hard! Hopefully we'll be surfing tomorrow. Ciao! January 6th, 2015

Still no surfing lessons from Seb. He wanted to go out to the beach this morning but I declined. He tried asking me what was wrong but I didn't answer him. I'm really not in the mood for a man getting mad at me. I haven't heard from anyone in London, and I feel a bit bad for leaving everyone hanging the way I did. Hopefully I hear from someone soon. Have a fantastic existance. Eleanor.

January 23rd, 2015

I finally got internet access at my home, so I found a recipe for Potato Latkahs, which is Maddie's favorite dish because...SHE'S COMING TO VISIT! Her mum and I talked it over and Maddie is coming to stay with me for a week so she can take a break from the world. School has been dragging her by the hair and her mum said she's ready to burst at any moment. I would be too if I were her age. Sixteen was my worst year to be honest. Maddie's plane should be getting in soon so I have to hurry and make her snack! Ciao! Eleanor.

January 26th, 2015

Maddie and I went on an amazing hike today. I hadn't noticed, but she's grown so much into a woman. She sheared her hair off again, but I know she's yearning it for it to be long again. She's wearing her nose hoop again, which I didn't comment on because the last time she wore was when she was dating Harry. She met Seb and everyone the night she arrived and I couldn't help but notice how well she and Seb were getting along. Now let's get one thing straight. There's no way I'm jealous of Seb and Maddie. There's just no way. Anywho, Maddie and I are going to the beach now. Later! Eleanor.

January 29th, 2015

I apologise for not writing in you for the past three days, but I'm at a crossroads of sorts. Maddie disappeared with Seb again for the fifth time since her visit with me, and I'm quite miffed. She comes strolling through the door in the wee hours of the morning with no explanation and she just walks into the spare room and shuts the door. I don't want to yell at her because I'm not her mum, but jesus, mary, and joseph! I like Seb, Maddie likes Seb, and Seb likes himself. What a pickle we are in! Until next month. Eleanor.
