Cassie now sat on thr couch next to Andromeda, flicking through old photos as they waited for Nymphadora to arrive.

Andromeda had been showing her photos of Dora as a baby and her wedding with Ted. They had finally scrolled back enough to look at the womans childhood photos.

Pointing at a black and white picture of herself in her Hogwarts uniform by the black lake with a two other girls.

"Theres your mother." Andromeda pointed to the taller girl next to her with long black wavy hair. The woman was pale and barely smiling but she was beautiful.

Her hair was nicely combed and her eyes were bright. The woman she was staring at still had a bit of joy in her eyes, that would be long gone later on.

Cassie looked up from the picture to Andromeda, a question on the tip of her tongue "What was she like?" The raven haired girl blurted out as Andromeda looked up from the book.

The older woman let out a soft sigh as she gently shut the book of pictures "Well, she was energetic to say the least." The pair laughing as she continued "But she was a good sister...She cared. Always very protective of me and Narcissa...until she met him." She ended grimly.

Cassie didn't have to ask her who she was talking about.

It was obvious.

Voldemort.

"After she met him, I mean her views were awful before but it just got worse from there." She said as Cassie nodded, not wanting to push the subject as Andromeda seemed wary talking about it.

Deciding to change the subject, Cassie asked another question "What about my father?"

Andromeda seemed surprised at the mention of her sisters husband but she quickly covered it up "Well I didn't know him too well and your mother never really talked about him." Andromeda said when they heard a knock at the door.

The brunette woman stood up with a smile. "That must be Dora." She said while walking over to the door and opening it.

The door swung open to reveal a girl with purple hair, the pink having faded out. She wore a simple shirt and jacket with jeans and gave her mother a big smile, pulling her into an embrace.

"Dora, there's someone I'd like you to meet." Andromeda said as she stepped to the side so Nymphadora could see Cassie, her eyebrows furrowing at the sight of the younger girl.

Ted came out of the dining room having set the table and gave his daughter a hug before moving aside.

"This is Cassie Lestrange, your cousin." Andromeda said as Nymphadoras expression changed to one of surprise before she covered it up.

It wasn't unfair fo her to be surprised that Cassie was there, she was the daughter of a notorious death eater and had most likely adopted her mother views.

Nymphadora quickly changed her expression of surprise with a smile, walking up the the smaller girl and pulling her in for a small hug, one Cassie welcomed happily.

"Its great to finally meet you Nymphadora." Cassie said politely as they pulled away from their embrace.

The older girl chuckled "Please call me Dora or Tonks, were- family" She said, over anunciating the last word, but it made no difference, Cassie was just glad to hear it.
