Cassie had gotten home from London about two weeks ago. She had told her friends and Hermione about her visit, only telling her Girlfriend about the conversation she had with Andromeda.

Once she got hone though most of her time was occupied by studying. Tonight was the night before OWLS which meant cram night.

Cassie and her friends had been camped out at a library table for longer than any of them could recount.

"Evanesco" Joseph casted at his textbook, trying to make it disappear but to no avail.

"Flick your wrist down not up. " Cassie mumbled as she read the textbook in front of her, not taking her eyes off it.

Joseph looked back at his textbook and repeated "Evanesco" as the textbook slowly disappeared from the table.

The brunette boy smiled, proud of himself and then looked towards the raven haired girl "Thanks Cas." He said as she looked up and shot him a smile.

Joseph then looked back to the table looking for the textbook he need to study "Uh, how d'you make it go back?" He asked making the group laugh before Madam Pince shushed them.

Cassie stifled her laugh as she went back to reading the Potions book in front of her before she heard Daphne groan from beside her.

"Theres too much to remember, I just cant do it guys, I'll drop out tonight, marry Leo, and become a quidditch wife." Daphne smirked.

The raven haired girl chuckled and rolled her eyes at her friends antics "Dont be daft. If you drop out tonight you'll miss the final task." She said which made both her friends frown, knowing she would not be able to attend it with them.

"I still dont get why Moody banned you from the final task, over a stupid fight too." Joseph mumbled as he scribbled down something on his piece of parchment.

Daphne sighed and then turned to her friend "What'll you do during the final task?" She asked Cassie.

The raven haired girl shrugged "Dunno, sleep maybe. It just sucks y'know, this is the only Triwizard Tornament I'll ever see." She said as her friends nodded sadly and went back to studying.

She tried her hardest not to blame Caelum but it was his fault they were fighting in the first place. But she knew that if she held this grudge against him it would be yet another strain on their relationship.

Instead she tried to blame Professor Moody and his unusual punishments. She always thought something was off about him when he casted the cruciatis curse in front of students and then turned one into a ferret, even though Caelum did deserve it.

Students had been acting up all year and yet no teachers had banned anyone from any events.

Daphne mumbling the word 'reducio' next to her trying to shrink the quill in front of her. The blonde groaned loudly when the spell hadnt worked.

Cassie started helping her frustrated friend and by the next time she checked the clock above them it read 11:38, the only reason they were allowed to be out till after curfew was because Cassie was a prefect.

"I think I should head to bed." Cassie said while she yawned and started placing textbooks in her backpack while her friends nodded from next to her.
