Colored With a Kiss (Jikook)

Part 24

Jimin's POV:

After leaving the Amusement Park, Jungkook picked up some dinner for us on the way back to his apartment. It was already getting dark out.

Jungkook: I never asked, but are you ok with staying the night?

Jimin: Mhm. I packed some extra clothes.

Jungkook: Good. I want to cuddle with you while we watch a movie.

Jimin: What's that?

Jungkook: You'll see. But first, let's eat.

He grabbed some plates and a bottle of some sweet, fizzy drink.

Jungkook: We can eat on the couch. I'm not fancy.

Jimin: Sounds good.

I sat down and took a bite of the food.

Jimin: Mmm, this is really good. What's it called?

Jungkook: Pizza. Glad you like it.  So are you in the mood for romance, action, something funny, or scary?

Jimin: Huh?

Jungkook: The movie we're gonna watch.

Jimin: Romance or funny?

Jungkook: Ok, I'll find us a rom com.

I looked at him questioningly.

Jungkook: Rom as in romance, and com as in comedy.

Jimin: Oh

Jungkook brought a fuzzy blanket for us to cuddle underneath while watching. Since it was my first time seeing video, I was pretty amazed. But soon enough I got into the story. Though Kookie had to stop a few times and explain some things to me.

Jimin: But it's so obvious that they like each other.

Jungkook: But they're just pretending to be dating.

Jimin: Seems to me like they are actually dating.

Jungkook: Just keep watching, you'll see.

He gave me one of his bunny smile, which made me smile back. He's so darn cute.  After another hour, the story ended. I started crying happy tears when they started kissing at the end.

Jungkook: Don't cry.

He wiped the tears from my cheeks.

Jimin: It was so sweet.

Jungkook: So you liked your first movie?

Jimin: I loved it.

Jungkook: And you had fun today on our first date outside the garden?

Jimin: I had an amazing time.  But anytime with you is amazing.

Jungkook: I feel the same way. I wish I never had to go to work. I'm always distracted, because I can't stop thinking about you when we're not together.

Jimin: I think about you whenever I'm coloring in the garden.  Jungkook, I love you.

Jungkook: You do?

Jimin: Yes!

He pulled me onto his lap and embraced me.

Jungkook: I love you so much.

We kissed for several minutes. Each time we kiss, he becomes disoriented. Tonight was no different. When I pulled away, his eyes were unfocused. I touched foreheads with him until he focused on my eyes.

Jimin: Are you ok?

Jungkook: Mhm

Jimin: I always worry that you're not going to recover.
