Snake Charmer 7

Accident?

Everyone in the room was stiff and frozen. They were forced to watch Sykkuno slowly be lifted up by the water, then they also get to watch as the water slowly trapped him inside the room, taking his breath away. The silence ate away every last part of their conscious mind. They could only watch him drown in front of them, he didn't even struggle. He just accepted his fate with a smile. He was going away with good intentions, but little did he know his smile haunted them.

Of course, that was a joke. The chapter summaries I've written so far would be scrapped and put to waste if that happens. I can't kill the protagonist, yet. The title doesn't even make any sense from the recent chapters I've uploaded. Most of them are either fillers, foreshadowing, or introductions.

Ehem.

This is what really happened.

The projector suddenly went out of juice and Rae went to attack it. "Where's Sykkuno!" She spotted the camera at the back of the room, and yelled on the top of her lungs. "Where is he, Mickey!? Bring him back! Bring him here! Mickey!!" Corpse held Rae back from destroying the camera. The wall behind them opened. They all stared at it, but no one dared to come up. They all sat together on the corner, contemplating what had happened. They could hear conversations from the outside, but paid no attention to them.

"Why aren't they coming out?"

"I'll get them." footsteps were approaching and the trio automatically pointed the guns by the opened wall. "HOLY JESUS!" The man they were looking for stood before them, hands up, and eyes widened for shock.

"Oh, god..." Corpse muttered. "Even his ghost sounds just like him." Rae jumped on her feet and rushed towards him.

"Ackk!" She tackled him to the ground, crying as she hugged him tightly. "I'm dripping wet, Rae! You'll catch a cold!" all of the sudden they were squished. Toast and Corpse decided to put all their weight on the two by hugging them on the floor.

"Alright, get off! He didn't die from the water, but we might suffocate him." They all rolled off of him laughing.

"How did you get out of the room?" Corpse asked.

"Oh, I used the diving tank to provide me oxygen to get through the secret room. Toast, you didn't tell them?" Sykkuno was mildly confused. They all turned to Toast who blushed beet red.

"I need air! This ship's been trapping me for eternity! I can't think straight!" And out he goes. He had told Sykkuno not to touch the diving tank, so he had forgotten about it. His emotions were a mess and the feeling of helplessness surged through him when the water slowly crept up from Sykkuno's feet.

"So, what did you do while we were solving the puzzles?" Toast slowed down, so that the others could catch up. He was also interested in Sykkuno's story.

"Well..."

"Sykkuno, stop hacking the f****** system!" Sykkuno succeeded at hacking the radios in order to hear the other's progress. "Do you always bring tech stuff with you?!" Mickey was upset that Sykkuno managed to get through his highly secured system. So, he pulled out the secret monitor in Sykkuno's room in order to talk with him..

"His the cheatcode, Mickey. How dare you underestimate him." Lang proudly said, scolding Mickey in the progress. They were currently in Sykkuno's phone. He connected it to the security, so they were able to strike a conversation with him. "Good job, Sy!" Lang celebrated with a smile to which Sykkuno returned.
