𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝑶𝒏𝒆

"DON'T LET HER GET AWAY!!"

'DON'T LET THEM CATCH YOU!!' the voice told me in my head

I was running for my dear life having tears in my eyes. It was snowing and windy and vary cold outside. I ran  through a village and was near a mountain, not having any shoes or warm clothes I thought I was going to die.

I ran and ran until I came across a house. quickly, I ran inside and closed the door behind me and slid down.

I then heard gasps and looked up and saw a mother with children and a boy with burgundy hair.

"Oh my are you okay?! You look badly injured, what happend?!" The woman asked in worry

To my surprise she looked at me kindly, she didn't look at me with disgust or hate, instead she was worried. Unlike the people I had worked for

But before I could say anything, my crying eyes began to close, and I then began to pass out.

"Mama do you know when will she wake up?" A little girl asked a little worried

"Hanako, she's going to wake up very soon so don't worry"

I then began to hear voices near me. I felt my body laying on a soft mat and I wasn't cold any more.

"Mama look she's opening her eyes!"

Slowly, I opened my eyes to come face to a small family surrounding the bed I was in.

"I- I'm so sorry I came in your house! I was being chased by people I was afraid of! I thought that if they would have found me I would get killed." I began to let tears fall down my face feeling guilt and shame.

The young woman looked at me with caring sad eyes, listening to what I was telling her

"Oh no dear its okay, don't worry, please don't cry" she came to me giving a big hug. It has been years sice I was hugged in a good way. Her hug was rather warm and comforting, it reminded me of someone like her which made me feel okay so I hugged her back.

She then pulled away which I did too

"Well dear, I'm Kie Kamado and these are my children. Every one please interduce yourselves"

Looking away from her I then looked at the children in front of the mat I was in.

"I'm Tanjiro!"

"I'm Nezuko"

"I'm Takeo"

"I'm Hanako"

"I'm Shigeru and this is our little brother Rukota!"

Smiling at them I told them my name
"Hello I'm Akira Aku, you can call me Akira. It is nice to meet you"

Seeing their happy faces made me want to protect them like my family did when I was younger

"Akira-chan how old are you?, you looked older then our older brother Tanjiro" Nezuko asked

"Oh, I'm 17"

"Wow, we can have an older sister!" Hanako stated

I looked at her in shock, I was a stranger who came inside their home, crying like a baby then passing-out.

"Yea! that's a great idea Hanako! We can have another sister!" Nezuko said excitedly

I looked at the rest of them in shock. All of them nodded, even Tanjiro who shocked me the most for some reason

"Mama please!! Can Akira-chan stay with us and be are big sister" Takeo pleaded

"Of course she can, only if she wants too" said Kie

I was so shocked I was too stuned to speak

Everyone looked at me with puppy eyes wile Kie gave me a closed eye smile

"I-, do you really think it's a great idea, like just look at me I'm ugly I don't even belong here."

"Akira-chan don't say stupid things like that about yourself! You look so pretty with you pretty brown skin. You'd be a great older sister!" Tanjiro said

I looked at him and the others to see them a little mad that I said that

"Please Akira-chan! please!" The youngest Rukota pleaded

At that my heat melted, seeing that even the youngest wanted me to stay

I gave them the warmest closed eyed smile.

"Ok then, I'll be your sister. I promise you all that I'll protect you as well."

With that everyone was jumping around saying yay over and over wile Tanjiro and Kie chuckled at the celebration.

"WELCOME TO OUR FAMILY AKIRA-CHAN!!" Everyone said together

Chuckling to myself I thought that I will start a new life with a beautiful and kind family

"Thank you everyone!"
