They rushed at Max and his group. John's escorts were able to survive the night and John's survivor skill activated. John was still too weak to move or to awaken but he was still better off now. The Hero and his group tragically killed everything that got in their way and in the morning they confronted John's escorts naturally the Hero and his group were at 100% due to Lucy's healing. However that's when a surprise came one that no one was expecting. Blade appeared and attacked The Hero and his group. Max says "It's you but how you should be dead?" Blade says "I am still alive and so is the Demon Lord's daughter" Max says "I'll kill you both" Blade says "HEY YOU DEMONS HURRY UP AND GET JOHN OUT OF HERE I'LL BUY YOU TIME TO ESCAPE!" John's escorts nod and do as they are told and take John and escape while Blade buys them time to escape. The Hero and his group end up defeating Blade after two hours however that's when Blade smiles and says "You have a choice to make now Hero"
