John's battle with the Dragon King and the Dragons made him untouchable and natural defense unbreakable. John's attacks one shots any foe weaker than the Dragon King as a result John was a monster. The Head mage damages John by unleashing one of his most powerful spells. However John's resistance to Elemental type attacks drastically weakened the attack to an extent where it only became as powerful as a low level magic attack in the face of John. Even so someone like John who lacked magic resistance which was too low this allowed for the spell to scratch him. A second one stunned him as a result of it being a non Elemental spell it was immune to the Elemental resistance. As a result of John being stunned John was unable to utilize his skills and as a result he was wide open. The magic casters took advantage unleashing countless magic attacks. They would also use stun spells to keep John stunned allowing their attacks to damage him. Even so John's stats were were keeping him alive however overtime he would lose especially by being hit by the most powerful spells of the Head Mage repeatedly. With potions they could keep it up indefinitely. However just when it looked like this tactic would defeat the man known as John. Jade puts herself in front of him using herself as a shield to protect John. Once John was no longer stunned his self healing restored him to full strength while his skills were once more at display. John pushed Jade out of the way and attacked.
