John noticed the girl and protected her. The attackers had been there simply to stall for time and they all found that they couldn't even hope to scratch John however they didn't account for the girl being there and quite frankly it didn't really matter because her life would mean nothing in exchange for ending John. The attackers managed to kill Jade and than they were killed by John the last of them says "It's over monster you lose I'll see you in Hell" Thats when the bomb went off this bomb was the world's magical energy and all of it's power gathered together and released as a bomb. John was at ground zero and so was the little girl. John covered the girl's body and shielded her from the blast. 90% of all life on the world was lost and basically all of the magic and energies were exhausted. John managed to save the little girl. John was still alive even after taking the full force of the bomb his body was fatally wounded countlessly it was a surprise that he was even alive if one were to look at him. John says "Are you ok kid?" The girl says "Yes thank you for saving me but what about you you'll die now because of me" John says "What is your name?" The girl says "Jade and you?" John says "Call me John" Suddenly something happened the result of the explosion of magic and all of that energy creates a black hole. John looks at it and knows that if it grows the entire world would be lost. John sacrifices himself by going inside of the black hole and destroying it from the inside.
