Closing my door, I threw my bag on the floor and sat down on my chair at my empty desk. In my old house, I would the regular essentials to entertain an teenager like myself. Games, TV, a sketchbook, or anything like that.

Three days had passed since the news had been given to me. And ever since then, I was waiting for Amelia-chan to return but she never came back. Mumei-chan had been a bit curious as to what's going on with the latest trends nowadays, to which is had took her out to get some books and some safe stuff on the internet. It was a strange request of her, but I didn't have any problem helping her out.

Fubuki-chan had been interested in some games, so she asked me to go out with her to get some games for the new console we recently bought for her. Well, it's Kiara-chan's money, but out complaints to her won't really do anything in the matter.

But with everything being like this, I couldn't couldn't help but think about Amelia-chan's safety. God, is this what Gura-chan feels like when she waits for her? Now I really wish I had some form of distraction right now.

"Looks like you're having some fun today." I didn't even flinch when I heard those words. Somehow I had gotten used to the way she talks.

"Hey, Ina-chan. It's been a while since we last spoke." I heard a giggle before turning around to see a takodachi on her shoulder.

"Oh, you sound like you don't want to see me. Do you hate me that much~? I'm so sad, Haru-kun~!" Well, looks like she changed a bit with her teasing...

"I'm tired." That's all I can say.

"Ah, yes, the hero of the world, Haru Shinzou, the one who is challenging the views of the evil organization to protect the supernatural and save the planet... can't talk to a girl because he's tired!" A clear groan came from out of my mouth.

"Ina-chan, can I ask why you're here? As much as it is good to see you, you're planning something strange and you're here to be vague about it, right?" Her finger went to her chin as she looked at the ceiling, acting as if she was pondering about it.

"Hmm... nope!" She exclaimed, her "ears" on her head flapping. Strangely enough, the takodachi on her shoulder chirped at the same time with its ears flapping too.

"Uh-huh."

"What, can't I come to visit you?"

"You continue to pop out of nowhere when the time is needed. You know I found you suspicious at first, but now I find you even more suspicious." Looking into her eyes, I could see a strange glint in her eyes. It made me nervous, considering the fact that she never looked that this before.

A lion is currently staring down at its next meal.

"I was hoping to gain a bit more of your trust, Haru~! With all that I did for you, you still don't trust me that much? What happened to all that stuff about trusting me with information?" My left eye twitched. She was right, but... at this moment of time, I'm just a bit cautious.

Ever since I encountered the other Amelia-chan, I had been... a bit out of it. I had put a bit more focus on Amelia-chan than anything else and it's worrying me.

There's so much going on without me noticing.

"...Sorry. I said that I will trust you, but I don't think I can truly convince myself. Out of all the supernatural beings that I met, you are the one that I least understand. You do all of this for us, for me, and yet you don't seem to want to be involved in the center of this." After all those words spewing from my mouth, she was calm enough to smile.

"Is this about Amelia-chan?" I don't know if she was reading my mind, but she was right on point. It's really weird how this girl functions.

"And why would you think that?"
