chapter 49

-Mitch

"Something's not right." Winke said as we drove of.

"Why what's wrong?" Jerome asked.

"I heard someone think this is the right moment."

"Maybe they're making a move on their loved ones." Jerome said.

"I don't know." She replied.

"Let's just do this quick then." Within 10 minutes we already got back. I opend the front door to see Ashley and some other girl standing in the living room Ashley didn't look to good the other girl just smirked evily.

"Mitch." Ashley said taking a step to me but she passed out I ran at her at full speed catching her. The girl ran off but Winke ran after her.

"Ashley. Ashley!" I say shaking her. Winke came back with the girl.

"What did you do to her?"

"I just gave her something to calm down." She smiled evily.

"She poisoned her." Winke stated obviously reading her mind. I felt every sign of live slowly leave her.

"Mitch she's gonna die." Jerome said. I can't lose her. What do I have to do? I don't know what to do.

"Turn her." Winke said. I looked at her.

"No I'll kill her."

"She's already dying Mitch it's worth a shot!" She said. I looked at Ashley's pale and lifeless body a faint heartbeat. I leaned down to her ear.

"I'm sorry." I wispered. I then moved down to her neck and took a deep breath then bit her. The taste of the blood triggered all my senses driving me crazy. I tried to focus and pull away from her neck. Holding my hands in fists to contain myselve. Ashley just layed there still not screaming not moving.

A couple hours have passed I finnaly calmed down again and alowed myselve to come near Jerome and or Ashley. She still hasn't woken up.

"Maybe we where to late." I said. The girl was tried to a chair in the living room she was apparently a fan that didn't really like the idea of me and Ash being togheter. But now that she knows about our nature we can't just let her go.

"Give it some time Mitch." Jerome said putting his hand on my shoulder. She suddenly started stirring.

"Ashley?"
