I can't believe it's almost over. High school is coming to a end. Everything changed in the past two years. First I fell in love with Colleen.yes she was a druggie but she didn't treat me different because of my cp (cerebral palsy). She was getting better but she went back to the drugs. After that we stopped talking. she didn't answer my calls and didn't go to school. She's was in jail for a year then she started coming again. Then just 2 months ago she killed her self in a drug overdose. They found weed, meth, and cocaine in her body. At least she went out happy. As I'm thinking about all this someone walks up to me.
"Hey Ben you might not recognize me it's ed."said Ed
Is this really ed? he changed so much. I guess that's what the army does to you.
"Hay ed what do you want?" I ask half scared.
"To say sorry for your loss. you know, Colleen. I know you two were close." He said with a sad tone.
"Most of my best times were with her. we had some good times me and Colleen." As he said that you can tell he's holding back tears.
" Ya her death took me hard mainly because we just got back how we used to be but she just fell back in to the drugs." I said as a tear falls from my eye.
All of a sudden ed hugs me I think we both needed it at this time. So I hugged him back.
