Only a Dream

Chapter 1

Taylor's pov

He was so beautiful, he didn't know me but I knew exactly who he was. He was ordering his coffee and the way the words slipped off of his tongue was beautiful. I always pay attention to the way people spoke carefully, and my favorite person to listen to was Mikey Murphy, normally it was through a computer screen but today he was standing right in front of me. I was trying to keep it all inside and not show that I freaking out inside. "Hello?" I snapped out of my thoughts to continue his order.
"Sorry I was just uh- I'll be right back with your coffee." he laughed a little, it sent tingles down my spine.
"Thank you beautiful." I could have fainted right there, he called me beautiful! Mikey Murphy called me beautiful!
"Taylor!" I snapped out of my daze to the teacher calling my name.
"huh?" the class laughed.
"I asked you a question, do you have an answer?"
I felt my face get hot so I looked down.
"I uh, um I wasn't paying attention." a few laughs traveled through the class room. Mrs. Hood gave me a disappointed look and continued teaching. What felt like four hours later the bell the finally rang I raced out of the class room but Mrs. Hood stopped me, "Can I talk to you for a minute Taylor?" dammit, here comes the talk I get almost every day.
"I know you're a very smart young lady, you just haven't been applying yourself lately." I rolled my eyes, I get that a lot.

"I'm sorry I can't help it, I have too much going on up here" I pointed to my head and Mrs. Hood laughed, and I stared at the floor.

"If you just focused more you could be my best student, you would go so much farther in life." I scratched the back of my neck

"I'm going to be late to class, I'll keep what you said in mind. Have a nice summer Mrs. Hood." she sighed as I walked out of the classroom.

The rest of my day at school was the same as always, me spacing out, the teacher yelling at me and the cycle just repeats itself. Today went especially slow because summer was just a few hours away! This meant I got three months to do what I love, make videos. It was the only way I could apply my over active imagination to something productive. I wasn't the biggest YouTuber but I had quite a few of fans, and my fan base was growing every day! It made me so happy to know that at least some people in this world appreciate my thinking.

I finally got home and it was officially summer time! I pull out my filming equipment to shoot a quick video explaining that I'll be posting videos three times a week because I don't have school.

"Helloooo my loves, today I have something very, very exciting to tell you. Its summer!! Which means I'm going to start posting a lot more videos, three a week to be exact! Some of them may be vlogs, challenges, if I can find people to do them with. Maybe I'll do more #AskTaylor videos, I'd really like to do more collabs so comment down below of who you think I should collab with. So I'm going to be posting on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays so look out for those videos. Sorry this was a quick video I just needed to make that announcement so you all knew. I blew a kiss to the camera and covered the lens with my hands, like I end every video then turned off the camera. I got some fruit and started editing my video, yes I know its random but this is what I always do, I can't edit a video without eating fruit. There wasn't very much to edit, I just had to take out little parts where I messed up, once I was done I posted the video and waited for it to upload. I decided to go on my phone and watch a few videos while I waited. I saw that Mikey had uploaded a video so after my slight fangirl attack I watched it.

"Whats up you guys my name is Mikey and today I have an exciting announcement. Its SUMMMMER!!!!! So I just got out of school and I decided to make a quick video explaining that I'm going to be making a lot more videos. With school being out it gives me time to film more for you guys! I really want to do more collabs, but I need ideas, so if there is any YouTubers you think I should collab with leave it in the comments! So this is a really short video but I just wanted to let you guys know that I would be posting on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I hope you guys enjoyed this quick video, and if you did don't forget to give it a big thumbs up! Anyways I will see you guys all next week. Peace out, love you and goodbye."

After I finished fangirlng over how cute Mikey was I composed myself and realized that we made almost the same video. I guess it was meant to be, I laugh at my thought and lay down on my bed to take a nap.

I looked at my phone in shock, was I dreaming? Mikey just followed me on twitter!

I let out a little squeal then checked the DM.

Hey so a few people commented on my recent video that I should do a collab with you, I watched some of your videos and your really funny!

Again I let out a little squeal and replied,

Thank you so much! I'm a big fan. I would love to do a collab with you :)

A few minutes passed as I drove myself crazy waiting for a reply *Ding* I jumped at the sound of my phone then quickly unlocked it.

So do you want to meet at your house or mine?

Mikey lived in New Jersey and I live New York, so we weren't too far from each other.

I don't really mind, but I prefer yours because my family is crazy lol.

My place it is then! Do you need help with transportation? He asked

No I got it, I would just need your address so I can see how I need to travel

He gave me his number and address and I decided to just drive to his house. A few hours later I was finally there, I knocked on his door and there stood Mikey Murphy-

I woke up from my nap an threw my pillow. "Why couldn't that have been real! ugh!" I said to myself. To get my mind off of my dream I decided to check the comments on my YouTube video

"You should collab with Mikey Murphy" I saw this comment at least 30 times. I laughed because there was no way we would be able to collab together. I decided to tweet about the issue

"To all of you that think I should collab with @ItsMikeyMurphy I'm sorry. I don't know Mikey personally, I don't think it would ever happen." as soon as I tweeted my mentions went crazy, "That would be so cool if you guys collabed though, I know your a huge fan!" I tweeted back at her, "@TaylorMikeylols I am a huge fan unfortunately I have no way to contact him." I feel bad for the fans that really want this collab but it would never happen.
