Severus walks in and doesn't care that we're in here of course. Draco may be glad about what just happened but I'm not.
Hours Later
As soon as I clipped on my prefect pin. I stand up and walk out of Severus officing as painful as it is right now. I speed walk with the rest of the energy in my legs. Draco quickly catches up to me as we both turn the corridor. I felt his cold touch grab my arm stopping me.
"Sky wait-"
"No" I spat and he looks confused
"What's the matter I though we work things-"
"Works things out? Oh so you calling fucking me in the ass working things out" I spat
"No but I thought th-"
"You thought what Draco that I will forgive and we go back into being a happy couple" I say and when he don't respond I get my answer
"It not that simple when you cheated on me and won't even-"
"Won't even what? Talk to you well I tried, I tried so many fucking times but you would't listen"
"Why would I want to listen to the details of you fucking another girl"
"BECAUSE IF YOU DID YOU WOULD HAVE KNOWN SHE USED A POLYJUICE POTION" He yelled rubbing his finger through his head. I stayed Silent shocked.
"Your lying" I say and he signs
"Look at me Sky, truly look at me." I look at him and notice his wrinkle clothes from earlier and his messy hair but when I look at his features. He paler and I didn't notice how skinny he gotten. He also have dark circles around his eyes.
"I've been a mess okay and I'm fucking sorry okay, I'm so fucking so sorry that I couldn't see that it wasn't you." He says and for once I see the Draco Malfoy tearing up as if he going to cry
"I can't believe you" I say and watch as hurt flash through his eyes
"Why not" He say with his voice breaking before I answer his mood change to anger quick
"Why not Skylar, I done, I did and will do anything for you and all I'm asking for another chance you can't even give me that" He says trying to keep it together
"Because it hurts Draco it bloody, hurts so fucking bad and I can't give in so-"
"Easily! Your not if that the problem, We went months without talking to each other and I've sent you a letter every damn day apologizing saying how much I missed you and you couldn't respond to one so you will be not giving in easy" He says
"I can't Draco I'm sorry I can't" A tear slips down his face and I finally realize that I've been crying.
"Why?" His voice cracks, Because I'm afraid I'll get hurt. Is what I want to say but instead I shake my head in a no motion.
"No tell me why because look" He walks towards me and pulls up his robe sleeve. I gasp and I see the Green and Red bracelet I had gotten to him for his birthday
"I've never taken it off Sky please." I hear him breath in and out catching his breath. Everything is telling me to go back to him to kiss him right now and cuddle all night in his dorm, even my bloody heart. But my mind is reminding me of my fear and the pain I felt the past few months.
"Do you have proof" I whisper
"What" he says
"Do you have proof she used a polyjuice potion" I ask
"You me beside the fact the bitch looked like you." He says and I nod
"A confession that's it"
"I need more than that"
"How am I supposed to get more?" I can tell he is getting frustrated but I can't trust him without the proof even if everything is telling me too.
"I don't know but if you can't then I'm sorry but we-"
"Don't say it we can you we both know it for once Sky please stop being stubborn and believe me" He says
"I l-" He stops but it doesn't take a genius to figure out what he is trying to say.
"You what, Draco tell me" I plead, hoping he will say it will help convince me. But he stays slients feeling my heart break all over again. I hold in a sob.
"Goodbye Draco" I say as his eyes widen. He started shaking his head no. I turn around and start running fast, nearly falling several times. I can hear him calling after me but I don't stop till I'm in my dorm. I quickly lock the door hoping he is not on the other side of it. Because as soon as the door locks. I fall to my knees sobbing hard.
Tori must have been sleep because as soon as she hears my she turns on her lamp and rushes to my side
"Sky, Sky It okay tell my what happen"
I couldn't, He was right . I am too stubborn because all I want to do is run into his arm but instead I'm living my heartbreak again and hurt even worse than before.
