"Why isn't Draco coming" Tori ask as we walk to Madam Puddifoot's. I need a warmer cloak for this winter. Time flies as it already December.
"He said he had errands to run and that he'll join later" I say and she scoffs
"Asshole I bet those errands could have wait I mean were planning your guys wedding for merlin sake" She yells and I hush her
"Cissy and my mother would kill you if tell the world before they do" I say and she laughs
"Haven't you two been engage for month now, shouldn't the news been out"
"That's the thing we're not engage" I say as we walk into the tea shop. I look around for a moment before seeing my mother and Cissy at a big round table. They notice us and wave us over. As soon as we make it to the table Cissy gets up and hugs me then Tori. My mother gives me a smile that I return.
"Alright let's get started dear where's my son" Cissy ask as we sit down.
"Running late" Tori says and Cissy signs shaking her head.
"That's alright he'll just have to catch up when he get here" She says before picking up an blueberry scone.
"Skylar dear I order your favorite, White tea isn't it" She ask and I nod picking up the white kettle and pouring the tea in my cup. Tori hold her cup up to me so I can pour her some tea.
"Alright you have a fitting tomorrow Sky" Cissy says dipping her quill in ink to write her words down.
"Fitting for"
"Your engagement dress dear" My mother says then sipping her tea
"I'm not even engage yet so why the rush for the dress."
"The party is next week on you guys break" She says
"I know your not engage yet but hopefully it will happen soon." Cissy says with a smile
"But if not there's no party then" Tori ask
"No the party still happen, but it's normal for people in our world to throw an engagement party without actually being engage." My mother explains
"I apologize for being late" Draco says making me jump. He kisses her mother cheek then greet my mother before taking a seat next to me
"Where were you Draco you knew how important today was" Cissy scolds him
"Mother please I had to pick up something" He says. I don't see his face but whatever look makes my mother and Cissy eyes light up. My mother trying hide a smile
"Alright let's get back on topic oh yes we have to set a date for the party and when you two come home we'll pick out invitations decor and who to send them too" Cissy says clapping her hands
"What party" Draco ask and Cissy signs
"You engagement party that's happening on your break" She explains to him
"Why so soon" He ask and she gives him a look
"Well that bring us to the big news" She says then looking at my mother
"There coming home" My mother says
"Who's coming home" I say seeking clarification
"Your father and William" Cissy says making me choke a little. Draco pats my back as Tori takes my cup out my hands
"Surprise" My mother says
