Chapter 28

Skylar POV

"Hey thanks for coming with me I know going to a book store may be boring." Hermione says as we make our way to the store.

"You don't have to thank me Mione and besides you can introduce me into some books there." I say as I watch her smile grow. We into the shop and Hermoines could not stop showing me books. So far I have. 'Pride and Prejudice' 'The Great Gatsby.' 'Then she was gone' (I know that book wasn't out back then but most stuff I put in her wasn't so we just going to go with it.) I payed for my books and wait for Hermione to finshed.

"Moine I'm going to wait outside it getting kinda hot in here." I say walking towards the door.

"Alright Sky I'll be out in a few minutes." I nod and walk out side. I walk to the side of the shop and lean on the cool glass. I grab one of the books and start to read it while I wait.

"We'll look who I found." A deep voice says and I know that voice to well. I look to the side and see Draco smirking walking towards me. I scoff and went to turn around but to my demise his minions were right behind me.

"What are you following me now." I sign looking back at him. He had on black jeans with a coat and scarf on. He scoffed

"Please I'm here with Blaise and Theo. They wanted to come get some new gear for the season." He says looking at me up and down. He started to walk up to me but I only took a step back. He grab my wrist and pull me into his chest.

"Muggle book really Skylar." He says eyeing the bag in my hand.

"I like them so leave it." I say and he roll his eyes. He lean in to my neck.

"I'll pick you up tonight." He says then let go of my and took a step back.

"No. I still have a couple days left."

"Does it look like I care."

"Fine if you don't care then I don't care I'm staying."

"No you're not you spent enough days with your slimy ex."

"So we're just friends and we both know that you're acting like it just us there anyway."

"I don't give a fuck if it was all of hogwarts there your coming back to the manor tonight." He spat

"Like I said I'm not going I'll be at the manor on Christmas night."

"I'll be at their dump tonight and you're coming out like the good girl you are, you have no wand."

"I been fine without a wand these past few days and beside one of MY friends can take me back." I spat at him. He just shrugged and smirk.

"Crabbe Go- MALFOY what are you doing here." Hermione finally walk out the shop trying to walk up to me back and the two bloats blocked her way.

"Relax Mud-......Granger I was just leaving anyway. I'll see you tonight Skylar." He walks away with his minions following behind. Hermione immediately walks up and grabs my arm pulling us the opposite direction.

"I don't you and Malfoy weren't a thing." She ask and a slight angry tone

"We're not a thing"

"Well it sure doesn't seem like that 'I see you tonight Skylar' I thought you'll be with us till Christmas." She says

"I was supposed to be Hermione but if I don't go back to his manor my father will hear and he'll have my head." Hermoine nods her head in understandment.

"Can't you bring yourself back."

"I would if I could, he has my wand. We were fighting on my way here and I left without it." She just sign and nods as we walk back to the rest of the group. We walk down to see them arguing over something and I consider turning back around. But Hermoine grabbed my arm and pulled me with her.

"Okay Now quit it you guys we only have a few hours left with Skylar today and I would like to spend it without you guys fighting." Harry snap his head immediately at me

"What do you mean a few hours." Harry ask

"It doesn't matter, let's just head back." I say not wanting to explain the situation.

"That's bummer now whose going to help me beat Fred and George when they play pranks on me." Ginny pouts and I laugh.

"I'm pretty sure you are capable of doing that yourself." She laughs as we apprated back to the burrow.
