When we arrived at the Cobham training centre the next morning we were stopped by the security guard at the gates. He asked us both who we were and as he didn't know us he needed to ring another member of the security team to make sure we were allowed in. It turned out they ended up having to talk to Tammy and he'd told the guard over the phone that Mads is his girlfriend and I'm her best friend. The security guard then apologised to us as much as he could and let us through. We told him that it was fine as he had to do his job.

Our driver then headed round to the front entrance and pulled up outside. We'd decided it was probably better to get a taxi than for me to drive. We thanked him as we got out and could hear men shouting showing that the players were already out. "Mads look at all these posh cars" I said to her as I looked around the car park seeing all sorts ranging from Porsche to Lamborghini. "I know it's mad the amount of money footballers get paid" she replied. "That black Mercedes over there is so nice" I said as I continued to look around. "Looks a bit like yours" she told me.

We decided that we would just walk up and sit in the small stand they have there so we could watch them train. Emily had texted us to say she was already sitting up in the stand and had a couple of seats saved for us. Me and Mads walked up the steps and across to Emily who was sat waving at us. "We got stopped by a security man at the gate and they had to get Tammy so we could be allowed in" Madison said to her. "Oh wow that's mad I didn't have an issue but I suppose I was literally sat in Kai's passenger seat" she replied laughing.

"Speaking of Kai how did it go getting breakfast again" I asked her. "It was good. We went and got Starbucks and he'd brought me a hash brown from Maccies cause I told him I liked them yesterday" she replied smiling. "Aww that's so cute" Madison said happily. "He just told me to open the glove compartment cause he needed something and they were in there" Emily added. "If someone did that for me I'd literally cry" I gushed before I hugged her again. When she pulled away she turned and smiled at Kai who was running around on the field.

Turning back towards Mads I saw that she was also smiling at the pitch and I followed her gaze to Tammy. He waved to her with a massive smile on his face before turning and waving at me. I waved back before one of his teammates ran over to him. They did a handshake before they ran back and joined the rest of the team. Both of the girls I was with had massive smiles on their faces as they watched their lads run around the field. I then rolled my eyes and sighed loudly. "I thought you said I wouldn't be fifth wheeling here" I laughed. "Whoops" the two girls replied.

They were still staring at Tammy and Kai who were both getting involved in whatever training drill the team were doing. I watched the group of footballers for a while recognising many of their faces from the party. Suddenly my eyes met a pair of brown ones. They belonged to a guy with brown floppy hair that was shorter at the sides that he kept messing with as he ran around and kicked the ball either towards the goal or to another player. 'Wow he's even better looking in person' I thought to myself remembering the photos of him.

"What was that Melia?" Mads asked and I realised I'd thought out loud. "Nothing" I replied embarrassed and grateful for the full coverage makeup I'd applied so I didn't turn bright red. Emily looked across at me "she's looking at Mason". "I was just trying to work out who it was" "Okay we believe you" she replied slowly making her and Madison giggle. "Shush" I replied before turning back to the field. Me and Mason kept making small glances at one another while he was doing his training drills before our eyes met again and this time they remained fixed on each other for what felt like ages.

The stare was only broken when he was hit by a football that came flying towards him. He then turned and laughed with his team mate before he turned and looked at me while still laughing. I smiled down at the brown haired boy as I let out a small giggle. "What's going on Mason normally always knows where the ball is" I heard a girl in the stand say. My best friend had obviously overheard too. "Sounds like she's a bit jealous" Emily said with a small smile. "Yeah although that was quite a stare" Mads added as she nudged me. "Oh stop it you're being ridiculous" I said to them laughing slightly.

The brown haired boy on the training pitch kept glancing up in my direction whenever he was able to. "Bet you're glad that you wore something better than a pair of leggings and a hoodie" Mads said to me. "What do you mean?" I asked her confused. "Cause Mason is looking at you so much it's good that you're looking your best" Emily added. I had chosen to wear some wide leg jeans and a bodysuit this morning when I was getting ready. I turned to face the two girls and said "oh shut up" while laughing before turning back and watching the football players train.

For the rest of the Chelsea player's training session I talked with Madison and Emily about the lads who were training. Mason was laughing with his team mates as they played practise matches and he smiled up at me whenever he scored and sneaked glances towards me now and then when he could. Once the training session had ended me, Mads and Emily made our way back down the steps of the stand and back to the car park. We went and sat on some benches that were there while we waited for the players to start making their way out.
