The court visits

Lizzie's POV

I just left the ministry and they said as long as I get the Dursley's signatures and give the papers to them. I will be able to take care of the Potter twins. I am just about to head to the muggle court house. Where I am gonna meet Petunia and Vernon at. When I got to the court house I saw them waiting. I walked up to them with the will and my paper work. I walked up right next to them.

Lizzie:well well if it isn't Petunia. How have you been?

Petunia: fine how are you Potter?

Lizzie:fine dear and you must be Vernon Petunia is a lucky woman to have you sir.

Petunia was shocked I said that and Vernon looked impressed. I smiled at both of them and began to walk into the court house with them following. I was in a suit dress. I could tell Vernon was looking at my figure. I am more thicker then his wife. We got to the court room and sat in a chair waiting for our turn. When it was our turn I got up and got to my post. As they did the same.

Judge: so you must be Miss. Potter. Harry and (y/n) Potter's aunt from their dad side.

Lizzie:yes sir.

Judge:do you have the will and forms?

I nodded my head and handed them to the cop in the room who gave them to the judge. He looked them over and they were handed back to me. After a couple of signing the court let me have full custody of the twins since petunia and Vernon wasn't arguing about it. I also got to sign the papers I would need to bring them to the ministry. We then left the court house. The Dursley's left and I headed back to the Ministry  I handed the papers to the minister and he nodded his head. I should be getting an owl soon about when I can bring them to my house. I then headed home to make sure I have everything they will need to live with me. I did it Lily James I finally have full custody of them. I will make sure their lives will be a lot better I promise.
