I'm standing here talking to the waiter about what I want to happen, when all of a sudden my beautiful girlfriend walks in the restaurant looking stunning as ever, wearing the dress I bought her. It hugs every curve in her beautiful body and she couldn't be more perfect.
"Eres hermosa, chica" I say, when she stops in front of me.
"You're an angel" Paige smiles. "Aw, i love you so much, there's nothing in this world that could change that. "
Good. Nothing. The waiter shows us to a table, and I push her chair in like a gentlemen.
"Let's eat." I said to her, smiling.
She smiled lovingly back at me. The back of my neck was getting sweaty. I'm nervous. That beautiful smile of hers reminded me of the first time I met her.
"What's this all about?" she asks.
"Can't I just have a romantic dinner with the one I love?" I questioned.
She chuckled.
"Yeah, I guess you can."
We finished up dinner and I couldn't wait any longer. I need to do this now.
I stood up, and a band starting playing "I'll be" by Edwin Mccain, I took the microphone and sang it for her. Tears of happiness ran down her face. After that song, they played "Hero" by Enrique Iglesias... and I sang that aswell. I stopped close to the end of the song. I brang a tiny red box out on my tux's pocket and opened it and got on one knee in front of her, holding her hand. She gasped.
"Paige Feyonna Holland, I love you with all of my heart chica, and I'm forced to ask you this out of love and adoration. Will you marry me?" I ask, lips clenched.
She started crying hysterically with a huge smile on her face and gets on her knees hugging me tightly.
"Yes!!!! " she cried out, happily. "You're my everything."
I smiled, as I grabbed her hands after i put the engagement ring on her finger and we stood up together. She wraps her arms around my neck and our lips connected.
"Everyday, I love you even more hermosa, I fall deeper in love with you. I wanna spend my whole life with you." I say, when we broke the kiss.
Everyone around us awed and clapped, and I started to sing the rest of Hero to her.
"Forever and always" I say when the song ended, and kiss her again.
"Forever and always" she repeated.
Nothing can change how we feel, and we're going to get through every damn struggle we face together, no matter what.
