These are rhymed and free form poems that express my thoughts on art, science, philosophy, life, love, politics and death as told from a scientist's point of view in some cases. This is poetry book No. 8
I hear you ringing in the night I know it means everything is all right
The money has been spent In anticipation of the big event
I don't know if you were naughty or nice But it's clear that I've paid the price
That day will come and go I can be assured it will be slow
Everyone will be satisfied
The tree is aglow with festive bulbs They represent the reasons we celebrate Because it the time for us to enjoy the time It will fade away as we go our separate ways It makes more sense to remember why we do it Life is more precious than things And family is more important than attitudes
A Tree Bulb!
