Hi, y'all! The first Author Note's full chapter is here, and as promised a few chapters earlier, I was going to draw some stuff! So far I've drawn Maru in both Younger and Older phases, they arent as detailed as some drawings I tend to make but they give you an idea of how her attires look! Also, in the design, there are some references to her link with Bruno bc why not?
All drawings are made by me, If you steal them and share them as your own... time to kill someone I guess /j
But really, don't steal them, I for sure will take legal action if necessary.
Chapter 9 will be released later today! I would say... Around 3 or 4 hours? Maybe more or less, it depends a little if I finish writing it today; if not, I'll release it later tomorrow.

After some time I decided to remove the apron, Maru uses it for obvious reasons (housekeeping, cooking, and holding stuff there while working) but I decided to remove it from the final designs, after all, the most important part is seeing her full clothes.
Also the hourglasses and watches were added from early design, at first little embroideries, but eventually I chose to do a full-on design
I made her some locks bc why not? I'm barely learning about black hairstyles but I think I did a decent job <3

Here's younger Marulanda, chubbier and with a warm-weather dress, it still looks Andine enough for the zone the movie is placed in, but also has its little touch for more warm weather. Also, the design in the skirt are little hourglasses, but Maru at first thought they were ribbons lol
And the hourglass necklace? You'll find out eventually ;)

Then there's older Marulanda! Her design shares some details and little spoilers for the future so I won't say many things ( wink wink); green and gold have become more prominent colors, especially adding more pretty gold in her hair locks and shoes (alpargatas)
