At the castle:

"Do you think they will come?" Rayla asked. They were standing at the front door of the castle.

"I hope so," Callum said nervously.

Suddenly, there was a bird tweeting sound. Everyone looked up and saw a shadow flying towards them. It grew closer and everyone recognised who it was. There was no mistake: streaks of blue and purple highlighted its thick dark feathers, which appeared shimmering and magical in the moonlight. "Phoe-phoe!" Ezran shouted.

"Who?" Ethari asked.

"A Moon Phenix that belongs to Lujanne," Rayla replied. Phoe-phoe landed in front of the group, Lujanne jumped off her ride. "Hello. We meet again."

"Hi, you came." Callum said.

"Of course. Your idea wasn't bad and I think it's worth a try. But it might not be possible."

Ezran ran up to the phenix and patted her head. "How are you?" Phoe-phoe purred in respond.

"We just need to wait for Ibis to come, if he's coming." Callum said, looking up.

"No need to worry, I'm right here," someone chuckled behind them.

"Ibis?! When did you arrive??" Callum asked.

"Just now," he replied.

"I agree with the Moon Mage there," he pointed at Lujanne. "We might not succeed. But I would love to see the young one with his father and mother living happily."

"But, we still need to think of the bad things that will happen." Lujanne said.

"Why don't we go inside and talk? It's freezing here," Callum said as a strong gust of wind blew into his body.

"Sounds good," Ethari said. The others mumbled an agreement.

"So, you said we need to think of the cons. What are they?" Callum asked when they found a table at the library.

"Ahh. Isn't it obvious?" Lujanne replied.

"It is?" Ezran asked.

"I think I know the cons," Ethari said.

"Same," Ibis and Rayla said.

"Is it that obvious??" Callum asked.

"Duh, think of what the humans did. Your father turned him into a lifeless stone. Do you think he'll forgive you just because you returned his egg and revived him." Rayla replied with a tone of annoyance.

"Oh. Never-mind. It's obvious," Callum said, embarrassed. His face turned red.

"You know, you're cute when you're embarrassed," Rayla laughed.
