"No, no, I promise it'll be hilarious," Ginny grabbed your hands dramatically.

She suggested covering ourselves in blood and waiting in various places in the common room. Your first question was whose blood you'd be wearing. Though she explained it'd all be fake blood, more like red paint. Which you agreed to after making her promise that she'll help clean it up.

"But poor Neville is gonna faint," you say concerned, as Ginny tips the bucket over your neck to have it run down your chest. She says that Fred and George got the fake blood and you're not sure if you trust it more or less for that reason.

"No he's not, we can get him on it too," she suggested.

"Yeah, how? Gonna pour blood on him before he wakes up again?" You heard a loud snort and looked up to see her face scrunch up in laughter at the thought of that. The amusement made her spill the red liquid all over the floor.

She pulled out her wand and did a small spell to bring it back in. After she leaned back away from smearing blood all over your arms and neck to give an "added effect."

"To be quite honest, you look more hot than scary," she gave a disapproving shake of her head and stuck her hand in the bucket. Quickly, so as not to spill too much, she started pressing handprints on various spots on your body.

Once she finished she leaned back once again and nodded. Pushing you out of the chair she sat down and poured the bucket onto herself. The blood cascaded down her neck onto her chest and shoulders, some of which made it down onto the front of the clothes that covered her stomach.

How realistic the fake blood appeared was horrific, you'd be frightened if you weren't the one covered in it. It's also cold, unlike actual blood.

"Who's the first victim," you gripped your wand like a knife and made stabbing motions.

Her smile reached her eyes as she said with venom, "Hermione."

"She's gonna kill us, I can't wait." And with that, you both slipped out of your dorm and further up the hall to Hermione's door. which you laid on the floor in a position that looks as if Ginny dragged you, arms sprawled above you onto her where she gripped you with one hand and laid down as well. Now all you had to do was wait.

It didn't take long since Ginny knew what time Hermione would be heading to the library on a Saturday. 9:47am, which is after breakfast, but with enough time to be at the library at exactly 10:00 am with all her stuff settled.

As the door creaked open, the lung-bursting noise that came out of her mouth almost broke you from the act you had to play. Books fell to the floor as Hermione kneeled in front of you and checked for a pulse.

Lavender brown peaked her head out of the door to see what the commotion was about. When she saw the scene of two bloody girls on the floor, three of you counted Hermione's newly red-stained hands, she screeched much louder than Hermione.

Neither you nor Ginny could hold in the maniacal laughter that erupted quickly following lavender's horrendous noise. So high-pitched.

Hermione's eyebrows twisted in confusion but quickly she understood. Smacking Ginny's arm away that tried to grab her in for a hug. "This is ridiculous, why on earth would you do this?" She got up and peered down at the red covering her hands. "If you'll excuse me, I have some cleaning up to do," she sneered.

Before she could walk back into her room, you reached out for her. "Do you wanna help us?"

"Help you with what?" She questioned.

"Ya know, scaring people," you shrugged casually.

"No," she huffed and turned back to the room. "You must be out of your bloody minds." Not long after you and Ginny heard water running.

Another load of wild, explosive laughter filled the Gryffindor girl's dorm hallway.

After hiding away at the bottom of the steps, you and Ginny grew bored again and went out to search for new victims.

"Oh, Ginny, is Ron aware of the blood or just the twins?" You turned to her with an idea, eyebrows lifted and a smirk on your face. Ron and Harry were sitting in the corner attempting to get work done. However, it looked as if Ron was whining about something or another, which distracted them both.

"I don't believe Ron is aware," she looked deep in thought, recalling her conversation with Fred and George about her ideas.

Ginny spotted him a moment later and her face lit up. You both picked up your pace at the same time, speeding towards the little table the boys were hunched over.

You weren't watching where you were going and ran into someone, all three of you ended up on the floor.

Their high-pitched voice yelled in fear, "Oh my God, somebody get help."

Colin Creevey. He caused quite a bit of commotion. He begged for help and before either you or Ginny could quiet him down somebody else was huddling over your body.

"Merlin, what the hell happened to you two," Ron's eyes brows knitted together with worry.

Harry's reaction was similar to Hermione's. He went to check to make sure we were still breathing normally but he wasn't quite sure what he was doing.

When Ron tried to conjure up some cloth to clean you was when you broke. Pushing him away with tears in your eyes from laughing too hard. Clutching your aching sides.

He and Harry took that as a bad sign. "We have to get them to Madame Pomfrey," Said a quite panicked Harry Potter.

Ginny was the next to speak, "no, wait, it's just a prank."

Colin uttered something about disbelief but he appeared relieved. The same goes for everyone else.

"What were you guys thinking?" Ron pushed away from the floor.

"Fred and George are also behind this," you clarified, your index finger up in the air as you sat up.

You noticed Colin still standing there, camera in his hands like always. And so you called out to him, "oh hey, Colin, mind if you got a picture of us like this?" You immediately wrapped your arm around Ginny and plastered a giant smile on your face.
