The three friends made their way back to Anubis house. Once there they made themselves comfortable in the sitting room and began to work on their small amount of homework from that day's classes. Soon the rest of their housemates made their way into the house to work on their own homework as well.
After a little while, Patricia made her way down the stairs stomping at every step. The group that was gathered in the sitting room as they waited for Patricia to come into the room began to complain about what had happened previously to her coming downstairs. "I can't believe No-one's got Joy's home number" Patricia complains while pacing around the room.
"That's because this is her home. Just call her phone," Amber responds.
"Amber keep up. I told you. She left her phone behind.
"So text her..." Amber says as if that was the obvious thing to do.
Flynn tried to stifle a laugh while putting her forehead against Jerome's shoulder. "Stupidity leak," Patricia says tapping on Amber's head.
"So they've already got someone else in her bed?" Fabian asks.
"Yeah. It's that girl we saw in the taxi. She's American and like totally obsessed with it. She said it like a hundred times." Patricia explains.
"And Joy's just gone? That really is weird," Mara says.
"Maybe Joy's been abducted by aliens and this new girl is one of them," Alfie suggests as a possibility for the girl's sudden disappearance.
"Yeah! Maybe the new girl is an alien in a flesh suit." Jerome responds.
"We were planning a box set marathon tonight. You know Joy's rom-com obsession. How can she have gone just like that?" Patricia asks.
"Patricia you've disappeared more than enough times. But hey we could still do the movie marathon tonight?" Flynn says trying to get the girl to be okay with a new plan.
"No thanks. I want to know why she hasn't called me, she would have called to let me know what was going on." Patricia says to Flynn.
Soon a girl walked in who everyone assumed was the new girl that Patricia was speaking about. "Hi, I'm Nina From America," Nina speaks up waving to the group of students.
Fabian responds with a small wave to Nina.
"Welcome space girl, or," Alfie begins to say before making random noises, "As they say in your language." The group of students chuckles at the boy before Trudy comes out of the kitchen announcing that Supper was ready.
Everyone made their way to the dining table where Trudy was setting out supper for the teens. Flynn sat in her usual seat, between Alfie and Jerome. Trudy handed amber the pepper shaker as she headed to the table. Nina was about to sit in Amber's usual spot. Amber went over to speak to the new girl, "That's my seat." Nina quickly stands up and starts to apologize but Amber quickly cuts her off, "Where's Mick?" she asks.
