We decided to go to a small diner off the block to sit down and eat. "Can I ask you something?" Ace asked, "Of course," I worried what his question would be. "Is there something going on with Murdoc? Whenever I mention him, you seem uncooperative." I looked up at him and looked back down at my hands. Murdoc and I had a strange relationship at the moment. Ever since he kissed me at the strobe lite video shoot, things have been awkward. I had rejected him in fear that if we became something more it would break up the band. In all honesty, I loved Murdoc, but I couldn't take that risk. If anything he's been keeping secrets from me, I couldn't even trust him anymore.

"Don't worry about it, it's irrelevant." I scoffed thinking about him. Ace tried to lift my spirits, "I used to like you when we were kids." My head popped up and looked right at Ace. I smiled and blushed, "No way, are you being for real?" I started laughing, "Yeah, I thought you were cute." He blushed, embarrassed. "Sorry! I don't mean to make fun of you. I mean I also had a slight crush on you." Now we were both red and laughing. "That's the girl I remember." he brushed my hair behind my ear. "Why don't we watch a movie tonight at home," I suggested.

Somehow 2d got into the conversation and ended up picking the movie. Dawn of the Dead the original 70's version. I didn't complain I enjoyed zombie flicks and I know Ace enjoyed scary movies.

While watching the movie, I unnoticing cuddled up to Ace and laid my head on his shoulder. Instead of watching the movie, I was looking at him. I held his arm to see if he'd notice and squeezed it slightly. He looked down at me and smiled, he placed his arms around me and held me. I felt safe in his arms "Y/n..."

Before he was able to say anything Noodle interrupted, "Sorry, mind if I take her from you?" Noodle grabbed me and took me to her room. "Are you and Ace into each other?" She seemed disappointed. "Noodle, is there something wrong?" She sighed and looked away, "I've known both you and Murdoc since I was a kid, and I've seen the way you look at each other. I know you're not on good terms right now but you two have something." I hugged her tightly, "Noodle, Murdoc and I are always going to be here, nothing is going to make us split up." She hugged me back and sighed, "So you and Ace?" She smirked slightly. I blushed and looked away. "I have things to take care of."

I grabbed my car keys, I had to take care of some unfinished business. "Ace I'll be back, I won't take long." I rushed out the door in a hurry.
