Damian's POV
I could immediately tell they were the kind of kids I didn't want to be around.
"Nice costumes." One of the girls commented, she was dressed like a bee.
"Ninja. I like it." A girl dressed as a vampire winked.
"The reaper costume is pretty dope too." Some blonde guy in a red shirt and jeans said.
"What are you?" Raven asked him.
"Just Jade, m'lady." He said, wiggling his eyebrows.
"So how did you find out about our party?" Another guy asked, looking at me.
He had slicked back black hair and was dressed as a leprechaun. However, he somehow didn't look stupid.
"I googled fun places to go on October 28th." Raven said dully.
"Oh yeah. My bad." The girl dressed as a bee said. "Forgot that I wasn't supposed to be posting anything until after the party."
"No big deal. We've met some new cool people!" Jade cheered.
"I'm Zack. The bee is Tiffany and your vampire is Mertha." Zack told us.
"I'm Rachel." Raven told him.
"Richard." I told him curtly.
He nodded and looked at Manette, "And you?"
"Manette." She smiled.
"What are you dressed as?" The bee gir- Tiffany asked.
"Obviously she's a rich american." Zack rolled his eyes.
I glared, but he didn't notice.
"Yeah! You got it right." Manette said, elbowing me and smiling.
"Duh! Who wouldn't?" Zack asked, "The sunglasses, and sideways hat, the leather jacket, the Nike shoes, I mean come on. It's really obvious."
I really want to punch this guy.
"Hey Raven, come on, you should come meet some of my other friends." Mertha said and Tiffany nodded.
Raven sent me a look of annoyance as they pulled her away.
Manette laughed at something Zack had said and I tried to keep my face emotionless.
"Woah, Zack, I think Manette here is taken." Jade said to Zack, nodding his head at me.
Both Manette and I coughed immediately.
"No- no. We- we're not-" Both of us started stuttering.
"Perfect!" Zack exclaimed. "Manette, come on!"
He grabbed her wrist and pulled her away before I could even do anything. I tried to go after her, but Jade blocked my way.
"You missed your chance with her bro. Should have acted faster." He told me.
