Dick's POV

"Woah, okay. I was not expecting this."

Cori laughed, "Damian is constantly surprising me."

"It's not funny!" I groaned quietly.

She walked over to my bed and looked at him with a smile.

"I think it is adorable." She whispered.

Damian was laying on my bed, his wrist's tied to opposite posts and a blanket was on him. His entire body was soaking wet, along with my bed.

Across the room, Manette was sitting in a chair with her legs crossed with her computer open in her lap. Her head was propped up on her hand, but she was fast asleep.

They both were.

"Well, maybe a little, but my bed is totally soaked." I whispered.

"Who cares? We get to share my bed tonight." She smiled.

I smirked.

I grabbed my coffee and stood up, heading for the computer room with a yawn. I still needed to check up on the latest news from Brother Blood.

The door opened and I paused. Manette was laying on her back under the control board and a tool bag was next to her.

"What are you doing?" I asked.

"Fixing your monitor. Raven was thrown into it remember?" She reminded me.

"You know how to do that?" I asked in surprise.

"What kind of hacker would I be if I didn't know how to fix a computer?" She replied before dropping a small pair of tweezers and grabbing a new tool.

"When did you wake up? It's pretty early." I sat down on the computer chair.

"Three hours ago."

I looked down at my phone. It was five in the morning right now. I sighed.

I can't believe I forgot what she was going through. Her parents died almost a month ago and she's had barely any time to mourn. She was worse than Bruce about hiding her pain.

"Um, so what happened between you and Damian last night?" I asked.

"We all went to a party. Someone spiked Damian's drink and so we left. I couldn't get him to his room, so I just tied him to your bed. Sorry about that by the way." She told me.

I laughed, "Now that is something I would have liked to be there for."

"Feel free to take my job next time." She smiled.

Manette pushed herself out and stood up, looking at the large computer.

"You're still going to need a new screen." She told me.

"Good thing we have six smaller screens connected to it." I said.

She nodded and picked up her tool before walking to the door.

"Hey Manette?" I asked.

She turned and gave me a tired look.
