We've been up since five a.m. and as much as I am excited, I really want to go back to my bed. We're left with only a few hours before ten a.m. and some of the bridesmaids aren't even here yet.

I had asked Nthabi to give some of the girls back at home invites to the wedding the day she arrived and ask them to be my bridesmaids. I only needed about six girls and I was fortunate enough to get all six.

Karen sent a Mercedes mini-bus to fetch them. Nthabi left with the bus to make sure everyone gets on it.

It's not something they're used to so I'm sure they'll all be super excited about it.

Jordyn and I are in the guest room with my make-up artist and hairstylist. You know honey. You and I should see each other more often. Whatever is on your head is going to give me a heart attack. Louis says.

Louis is a guy. He came into the house and claimed the spotlight with his bright colours. I'm not even sure if I could outshine him in my solid white wedding dress. He pulls pieces of my hair in disgust with his fingers, a scowl on his face.

I laugh. If you can wow me, then I'll definitely make sure I see you more often. Louis places a hand on his hip, his fingers on his mouth.

We all stay quiet. Okay. Because your dress is plain, we'll get a new weave that will, oh my word-hide that hairline. You know, make it look like your actual hair. And definitely water-proof.

Nthabi spends so much time on beauty she didn't think to tell me that my hair isn't as okay as I thought it was. Before I touch that hair though, let's do your make-up. Mikaela, the floor is yours honey. Jordyn, I need a glass of wine. Jordyn nods and leaves the room.

Andre's P.O.V.
The gents and I are already at the venue all dressed and ready. Jordyn said she'll join us in an hour with the bridesmaids to partner everyone and show them how to walk down the aisle without spoiling the flowers on the grass before Sydney gets to walk down.

I had called Vusi and the others to be my groomsmen and their suits had already been picked out for them.

Yoh dude. I swear my muscles are wearing this suit more than this suit is wearing me. Vusi says.

We all laugh. That Nthabi chick is going to be here, right? He asks. Yeah, she'll definitely be here. He nods with a smirk. Then I've already bagged myself a bridesmaid. He adjusts his suit cheekily.

I'd tell him that she's the bride of honor and will most probably walk down the aisle with Keith but I'd hate to spoil the surprise.

You better hope she doesn't think the rest of us are better looking than you. Keith winks. Something tells me Keith knows Vusi doesn't stand a chance today. Vusi glares at him, losing the smile. I laugh.

Alright, alright. We're not here to talk about bridesmaids. We're here to get me married. Vusi crosses his arms. I mean, I'm not gonna cap but I always thought you were going to marry Elizabeth. You two always seemed to set each other's fires. Without even trying.

I swallow. Yeah, the guys don't know that Elizabeth and I are already married. And I'm not going to tell them. Well, Sydney sets my fire too. Vusi lifts his eyebrows. Too? Does that mean Elizabeth still sets your fire? I don't answer him. He shrugs and leaves it where it is. Honestly, I'm afraid of the answer I might give myself and not him.

The girls finally arrive. They're all wearing white shoulderless mid-thigh silk tight dresses. Nthabis dress is different from the rest. Hers is long-sleeved. It's made of silk at the bottom and lace covers the top part of the dress.

Damn. They're beautiful. Liam says. I chuckle. Don't forget about Tina whilst you're at it. Liam rolls his eyes at me. Tina is his girlfriend. They've been together for a year now. If not more.

Morning gentlemen. You all look so handsome! Jordyn greets us. Jordyn is wearing a baby blue off-shoulder dress that shows off her chest. Literally, her breasts are just popping out. And she has such a small body.

Morning Jordyn. And thank you, you guys look amazing as well. The girls stand behind Jordyn and Nthabi.

Okay. Since it's my best friends wedding, I say the boys get to pick their partners because if the girls decide we'll stand here the whole day. I laugh and agree to do it her way.

Keith, why don't you pick first? Keith steps forward and extends his arm out to Nthabi. Nthabi smiles and takes it. She was definitely hoping he'd pick her. I turn to Vusi and he sticks his middle finger at me.

It only makes sense for the bride of honour and the best man to accompany one another down the aisle. Keith says. Agreed. Nthabi adds.

The others have their picks and soon enough, everyone is partnered up. Jordyn explains to us that she doesn't want anyone dragging their feet and wants bright smiles.

She shows them where and how to stand when they've walked the aisle. After a short trial, everyone has gotten the hang of it. Perfect!
