I made a mistake on the year Klaudia was born as it is 980 A.D., not 990 A.D. on the Background Information. Fixed the mistake.

"In the beginning, we weren't monsters or villains. We were a family. Not per say a perfect one but a family. And yet the only family we can confide in are those who never torment us or not have a helping hand in shaping us to become the villains of our own story, while we by our own free will narrate along the way to play out the part perfectly well. Good or evil, we narrate our stories to portray ourselves as the hero when we're really the monster as there is a monster inside in every one of us. This is the story of a small innocent light who becomes a pitch black of darkness that destroys everything in her path."

-Niklaus "Klaudia" Mikaelson

{980 A.D; The New World (Mystic Falls, Virginia)}

Esther let out a blood curling cry. She rested on some wool sheets to keep her comfortable while her legs were spread to deliver her fourth newborn. Esther knew very well that the timing of the child she carried for nine months was not of her husband Mikael as he had left on a voyage with the other men of their tribe. She had been unfaithful. A secret affair with the New World's indigenous residents who are one of the many with good health and gifts of speed and strength. She slept with a man named Ansel, chief of a neighboring village far from there own and alpha of a werewolf pack known as the North East Atlantic Pack, and this child she is giving birth is her one night stand's child. She pray to the Norse gods that Mikael never discovers her infidelity for Vikings are with rage and cruelty, and it does not help her husband hasn't been the same since her lie about her "firstborn's death" as a story to fabricate of Freya's departure from the hands of her sister Dahlia. It was her deal through asking her sister to use her magic to allow her to carry a child. Now the bitter fruits of labors are about to come into fruition for this child is her and Mikael's hope.

"That's it, Esther. Push!" Mikael encouraged. He prayed to the gods that Esther bears him a son. A strong child to grow up into becoming a warrior in his eyes.

Present during the labor is their village's witch and Esther's mentor/best friend is Ayana. She was the descendant of the witch Qetsiyah, the creator of the first and true immortality spell and supernatural purgatory dimension, the Other Side. She had been present for Esther's daughter Freya and two sons Finn and Elijah. She wasn't just present to ensure Esther safely delivers her child but to see if they inherit the mystical powers descended from their mother. It was a mandatory job as a servant of Nature to determine any abnormality of magical energy for Nature does not allow anything that defies it, but she was not one of those fanatics that took things too far of maintaining balance. She is merely here to ensure the safety of new life and speak of the strength and health. That is all.

Observing as the audience are the the seven year old Finn and three year old Elijah, awaiting for their newborn sibling. Finn wasn't too excited, not since he had never recovered of force to watch his sister Freya taken away by his aunt while Elijah is anxious of meeting his new sibling.

"One more push!" Mikael exclaimed.

Esther screamed as she mustered her strength through this painful labor. One last push and the sound of loud crying filled the cottage. Mikael took into his arms his newborn child and stared. This child was small, smaller than your average babies. And cried loud. Mikael frowned. "He is small and fragile."
