A celebration took place out in the outside the Count de Martel's castle with many of the Count's entire court and guest have gathered in the yard. People danced and mingled together to the music playing. Tables laid out with fresh cut fruit, bread, cheese, meats, and finest alcohol one can purchase. Truly a splendid celebration.

Aurora kneeled on the grass together with a few women and Rebekah. As the women were fancying themselves on observing Elijah and Tristan practice on throwing axes at the bullseye target, Aurora and Rebekah conversed in their own conversation, not caring on observing the two men outmatch one another.

"You are such a beautiful and attractive woman." Aurora gushed, reaching out to touch Rebekah's natural light blonde hair. "So flawless, perfect blue eyes, and those adorable freckles. I bet you must've made all the girls back home jealous."

Rebekah giggled, feeling so flattered. "Stop it, you are making me blush. Though I suppose I didn't have to worry about any man seeking me out only for my looks not when I had my brothers and especially my big sister to watch over me." Her eyes look at where he sister is at. Klaudia sat in a chair, whittling a horse figurine from a block of wood. Feeling she was being watched, Klaudia looks up to see her sister staring at her. She smiles and waves her hand at her and Aurora. Both Rebekah and Aurora wave back at her, leaving Klaudia to go back to whittling the piece of wood.

Aurora smiles wide, glancing back n' forth at Rebekah and Klaudia. "Klaudia has told me you and her have a stronger bond compared to your other siblings."

"She's watched over me when I was a little girl. Shielded me from our family's religion of pagans."

"Oh? Pagans you say?" Inquired Aurora in a curious tone. She wanted to learn more about Klaudia, and that meant understanding her siblings. "I heard of people who worship their own respective religions from other lands. What sort of faith of religion does your family worship?"

Rebekah smiles bashfully. "Norse Pantheon. In fact they originate in these lands of Old World for you see my parents and close friends use to live here before they migrated to the other lands of the New World. My father hailed from a group of seafaring people that originated from Scandinavia known for raids, pirating, trades, or settle parts in these lands. He and his people were known as the vikings, and the vikings worshipped their gods and goddesses, though the Norse is broken into two groups: The Aesir and Vanir."

"Ooh, tell me more." A fascinated Aurora leans in.

Rebekah smiles softly that someone wish to learn about her family's pantheon. "Well the Aesir were the warrior gods and the Vanir were the fertility gods. The Aesir resided in one of the realms among the Nine Realms held together by Yggdrasil the World Tree that keeps our worlds together. The realm of the Aesir is Asgard and the most famous gods we valued of the Aesir are Thor the God of Thunder, Tyr the God of War, and Odin the All-Father and who ruls over Asgard; among other domains he claimed over. The Vanir resided in their realm: Vanaheim, and their Vanir iconic gods are Njord of the Wind and Sea and his two children: Freya Goddess of Love, beauty, youth, and fertility." Rebekah flinches, reminded of all those things she can never have save for beauty and youth. "And her brother Freyr God of the Sea and Seafarers. There is quite a lot of deities. Though nowadays people start to believe in less of the gods say from the land of Sparta with their Greek deities the Olympians or back in the New World tribes worshipped their Native American deities. What religion do you worship?"

"Very intriguing. Well my family worship Christianity. They say it dates back in the First Century and began in Judea in the Middle East. People cease their religions when the founder of Christianity they refer to him as the Messiah and his Father the One Creator of everything: God."
