{Southern France, 1002 A.D.}
A year has passed by since that horrid night.
It was difficult to fathom at how long it has been since leaving the New World and returning back to the Old World in Europe. Klaudia, Rebekah, and Elijah had snuck away into a boat and sailed for miles across the ocean to get back to their parents' original home.
Once arriving, they tracked down Kol and Finn, reuniting with their two brothers and began to run from their murderous father armed with several white oak stakes intended to kill them. Klaudia wondered if Mikael carries a Red Oak Stake, though she had no intent on finding out.
It had been a tragedy for the following the Mikaelson siblings. They could not settle down in any proper village, thus living off as savages. Sleeping in caves with nothing but dirt to act as beds and rocks as pillows. Attempting to settle in villages would only stir their blood-thirsty hunger for warm, fresh human blood and that will act as a beacon for Mikael to come rushing towards them.
At least being immortal and durable had its perks. They had run through winter and autumn, sleet and snow; the elements unable to faze them, though the same can not be said for clothes as they had been reduce to wear ragged clothing. At least proper nourishment was of no concern save for needing to consume regular blood on a daily basis. As bad as it was, the siblings were force to feed on a poor soul that they stumbled upon, so long as it was not a family that carried children, then any other person is free game.
The fear of being hunted...but the terrible hunger needed to be sated. They did so as a family. Fed as a family.
Truly life as neanderthals if this is what it has come down to living life.
Though their living accommodations were questionable, the family tension is where the fire is getting ravaged by the winter storm.
Though having disciplining herself for a month after her ascension into a Tribrid and before it was stolen, Klaudia had gotten her emotions under control; though after the betrayal and losing two parts of herself, her temper was on edge of exploding. Whenever Elijah tried to talk with her, it was lucky enough she shuns him. When he kept pressing on well she smacked his head off, decapitating him or rip out his heart.
Normally this would be horrific, but given the dark magic being potent to allow their heads or hearts to be regrown, it has become a normal thing between the siblings at seeing one of the other rip each other apart. Rebekah or Finn had done the same when Kol was being a little shit and they let him have it.
Though Klaudia's hidden anger was what her siblings can describe as terrifyingly wrathful much as Thor's thunder when the god himself is angry. Every night she would walk into the woods alone and rage to vent her anger. Klaudia yelled to the heavens and punched barks of trees till they chipped away to make them come clashing down or through big rocks heavier than her weight at a vast distance. She tore up certain areas of the forest until she could calm down.
One time, Klaudia by accident tore a poor adult, male brown bear apart and stained the trees and dirt with ounces of blood, intestines, and organs.
She was hurting, and she wish to turn it against Elijah much as what she had done to the bear. The Mikaelson siblings believed that neither try to search for her when she runs off on her own.
It was nighttime. The Mikaelson siblings had traveled and hidden themselves in the Southern France for the time being for Mikael did not have a lead.
The siblings hid themselves in the dark woods, watching an empty road. They waited for a human to pass by to become their dinner.
