"Well how did the meeting go?" asked Mr. Watts. "the meeting went fine but slight problem there doing a background check on me." Said Emma. "Don't worry they wont find anything Barnett made sure of that." explained Watts. "Ok good." Emma said. "Get some rest and if they call let us know." Watts said. "I will." Emma said as she headed to her room.

Meanwhile

Higgins sat in her office with her laptop Hacking into Emma's collage campus security cameras but weirdly enough between the hours of 10-12 the cameras where down. Higgins slammed her laptop shut in frustration which caused magnum to look up from his phone. He watched as Higgins got up and left the room. he sat there for a moment wondering if he should follow her but before he could make a decision his phone rang. "Hey Gordy got anything?" magnum inquired. "Yes as you probably already know the cameras stopped working but we found a hidden spy camera outside her dorm and according to one of her roommates she had been very paranoid lately and hey had to wake her up several times because she started screaming in her sleep." explained Katsumoto. Magnum took a deep breath as he soaked in this information. "Anything else Gordy?" questioned Magnum.

"yes we did our own search of her room and we found something you missed hidden in the vent of her room, We found her journal and Judging by what she wrote she was really struggling with what I think is PTSD. Magnum she's been lying to you, she was struggling a lot mentality and was keeping it all to herself which is never a good thing." Explained Katsumoto. "Gordy if possible can you please bring me her journal so I can read it?" asked Magnum. "Of course and magnum HPD has officially opened an investigation into Emma's disappearance." Said Katsumoto. "Thanks Gordon see you soon ."ended Magnum as he hung up the phone.

magnum walked outside to see Higgins in her usual spot doing yoga. "Juliet Gordy called and he said he found something." magnum said. "What did he find." She asked. before magnum could answer he noticed that Higgins had been crying. "Juliet are you okay." asked Thomas concernly. "No." Higgins replied. Magnum pulled Higgins into his arms and just held her. he didn't even need to ask why she was crying because he already knew. "Its okay where going to find Emma." comforted Magnum. "you don't know that?" replied Magnum. "Your right I don't but I know our daughter and she can protect herself. we will find her, I know it. Emma didn't give up on me so I wont give up on her." Explained Magnum as he wiped away a few of Higgins tears. side by side they both walked inside to discuss what Gordy had told Magnum.

Meanwhile

Emma was laying in her room going over the events of yesterday in her mind when she was pulled out of her thoughts by her phone ringing. "Hello?" she answered

hello Jade its Mrs. star I'm calling to tell you that you passed your background check. welcome to darkshade. I have a Job for you, be here in a hour." Said Mrs. star before hanging up the phone. she ran out of her room and told everything to watts. "ok go to meeting and just do what they want just don't do anything that will comprise Mi6". said watts. "Ok I will." Emma replied she went to my room to change.....

she walked down the street wondering what Darkshade wanted her to do. she wondered if her parents knew she was missing and if they where looking for her. she soon arrived at the darkshade compound. "Good your hear Jade." said Mrs. star. "so what do you want me to do?" questioned Emma. "We need you to get Into the MI6 database and get information on an ex-spy." Explained Mrs. Star. "Who?" She questioned. "Juliet Higgins." Mrs. Star replied. Emma stood there trying to cover her shock. why do they want information on her mom. "um sure I'll get it." she replied as she sat down at the computer.

alright I know this chapter is short but I wanted to give yall something as I don't think I will have time to write this weekend. next chapter will be up soon.
