magnum pi: The saviors secret

Chapter 11

Magnum layed his head asleep on the keyboard of the laptop he was using. He had found anything to help his daughter and at some point he just feel asleep. "Dad no please don't leave me again. Dad!" Cried Emma in her sleep which made magnum wake right up. Magnum went over to Emma. "Emma wake up baby." Magnum said as he shock her a bit which made Emma wake right up in a panic. "Dad don't leave me again." Cried Emma as she hugged him.

"Emma I'm not going anywhere I promise." Said Magnum.

"No, No you left me for 16 years, you cant promise that you wont leave me again." Cried Emma.

"Emma I'm not going anywhere, I'm not going to leave you again." said Magnum as he wiped some of her tears away.

"If you became a P.I again you will." Cried Emma.

"Is that why you've left during the get together with everyone." Said Magnum.

"yeah." sniffled Emma.

"Honey I know I cant promise that nothing will happen to me but I promise I will always try and make sure I come home to you and your mom." comforted Magnum.

Magnum layed with Emma for awhile as she was fighting herself to not fall asleep but eventually she did. after getting Emma back down Magnum decide to get some rest.

A few hours later

Magnum and Higgins awoke to the sounds of sirens in the distance. they looked out the window to see a few passing police cars driving past the hotel. They both sighed in relief but where still worried about MI6 discovering where they were. Higgins hopped onto her laptop hoping to find anything to prove her daughters innocents. she started by trying to find everything she could on Kyra Peterson but she didn't find much other then the article about the MI6 Raid that happened so many years ago. Meanwhile magnum was enjoying a Sandwich.

"Magnum what are you Eating?" Asked Higgins

"A turkey, Cheese, Tomato, Bacon, Pickles and mayo sandwich." smiled magnum

"Its 7am magnum." Said Higgins

"So?" Questioned magnum.

"Well people don't general eat sandwiches for breakfast." Laughed Higgins.

"Well I do." replied magnum as he took a bite on his sandwich.

Higgins rolled her eyes and turned back towards her screen this time trying the name Mrs. Star and darkshade. she remembered that during her undercover time she was always told to talk to Mrs.. star. she did a quick search and came across a shell company called star enterprise. Higgins decide to dig a little deeper into this company

"Magnum I found something." Called Higgins.

"What did you find?" asked magnum.

"while I was trying to dig deeper into dark shade I found a shell company called star enterprise and as I dug deeper into it I found out the company is fake its a front for a money laundering and weapons scheme.

"Did you find anything else?" Questioned Magnum but before Higgins could answers gunshots begin to ring out. Emma wakes up an almost immediately drops to the floor. Magnum and Higgins crawl over to her while trying to figure out how they where going to get out of this. suddenly the shots stop and magnum took that moment to get to the door and open it. he saw the hallway was clear and motioned for Higgins and Emma to follow him and they ran to the stairwell and started quietly but quickly walking down the stairs. they get to the first floor and its empty, magnum peers out and sees what he thinks is dark shade people. he knows they cant go out that way and sees one other option the emergency exit in the stairwell but he knows they have to be fast because theirs an alarm on it. "when I tell you to run as fast as you can." says Magnum. "Run" Yells magnum as he opens the door. Emma Magnum and Higgins run as fast as they can till the reach the car.

They all get in and drive away and didn't stop till the hotel was out of sight. "What just happened." Asked Emma. "Darkshade found us." Replied magnum.

suddenly Higgins felt the vibration of her phone ringing, she pulled it out and saw it was an unknown number, she put it on speaker and then answered it.

"Hello." Answered Higgins

"Hello Juliet Higgins magnum and Thomas magnum I have information regarding a piece evidence that can prove your daughters innocents meet me at 185 western street in one hour if you want to know more. before Higgins could reply the caller hung up.

"Should we go?" asked magnum.

"I don't know what if this is a trap?" Replied Higgins.

"Then lets be prepared to fight our way out." Said magnum.

"Ok lets go." Replied Higgins as she looked back at Emma she knew that she was willing to do anything to keep Emma safe.
