Magnum pulled up to a abandoned empty parking garage when he pulled into a spot and parked the car. Magnum looked back at his daughter to see her asleep. "Thomas are you sure about this?" Asked Higgins. "Yes I'm sure." Lied magnum as he placed his lips against hers. they pulled apart and just started at each other and then back at their daughter. Magnum looked back to see another car pulling in and stopping in front of their car and an other man walked out. Magnum and Higgins got out and walked up to the man.

"Good your here lets talk." Said the man.

"Who are you?" Asked magnum.

Higgins looks at the man noticing that he seemed very similar but she couldn't quite place him but then it hit her. she couldn't believe he was here right now.

"Dad?" questioned Higgins.

"Hi Juliet." He replied.

"What's Happening?" Asked magnum.

"Thomas this is my father Johnathan Higgins"(yes I did that on purpose as a nod to the original show) Said Higgins.

"I thought you hadn't seen your dad in years?" Questioned magnum.

"Well I've tried to but its never worked out." Explained Higgins.

"ok." Replied magnum.

"Dad why did you want us here?" Asked Higgins.

"Well I've been doing some undercover work for MI6 by infuriating Darkshade and while I was their I noticed they brought in a young girl who I thought couldn't be older then 17,18 so I was able to get her fingers prints of the glass and I ran then thought the system and that's how I found out I have a granddaughter and I knew something wasn't right so I started keeping tabs on her and I found something." Explained Johnathan Higgins

"What did you find" Questioned Magnum.

"While undercover I came across a file that contained a contracts and plans for framing your daughter and it seems their may be a mole within MI6. If you find the mole and get him to turn and get your hands on the documents then you should be able to prove Emma innocent." Explained Johnathan.

"How do we get theses files?" asked Higgins.

"I don't know but what I do know is that darkshade keeps a copy of theses documents on their server you just have to get into their system." Explained Johnathan.

"Alright well I don't have my laptop so where going to have to find a library." Said Higgins.

"Ok lets go." Replied Magnum.

"Juliet can I meet my granddaughter?" Asked Johnathan.

"No, but maybe when this is all over I will let you." Replied Juliet as she and magnum walked back to the car.

The car ride was silent for awhile until Emma finally woke up. "Emma did you sleep okay?" Asked Higgins. "Fine." answered Emma. Higgins could tell Emma was not in a good mood so she decide to Just let Emma be. the next half hour was pretty quiet except for the occasional snarky, jokey comment from magnum who was trying to lighten the mood. after another hour they arrived at the library. all 3 of them put on glasses and baseball caps and went in.

Higgins quickly found a computer and began hacking. Emma stood their terrified as she watched her mom hack. Magnum wrapped his arms around his visibly shaking daughter. "Where going to be fine just relax." Said magnum. No matter how hard she tried she couldn't relax. "I got it." Replied Higgins.

"MI6 show me your hands." Yelled a group of agents as they stormed the building

"Daddy" Cried Emma.

"Its okay baby just do what they say." Replied magnum.

two of the agents grabbed Emma and pushed her down to the ground until she was flat on her stomach.

"Emma magnum your under arrested." said the agent

"Don't hurt her." Cried Higgins.

"mommy." Cried Emma.

"Its okay baby its going to be fine." Promised Higgins as her and magnum where then also handcuffed.

Magnum looked as his daughter as she was taken away. It broke his heart to see her so scared. him and Higgins where then completely separated from Emma. Emma sat in the back of the Police car silently crying. All she wanted in that moment was her parents.

As soon as the arrived at the MI6 building she was pulled out of the car and brought into another room to have her mugshot and fingerprints taken. After she was placed in what appeared to look like a interrogation room. She sat in the room only going thought different scenarios in her head. she was knocked out of her thoughts by the door opening.

"Hi I'm Agent Sullivan and I'm just here to ask you a few questions. lets start with why you killed Kate Barnett"? Questioned Sullivan.

"I didn't I'm being framed for something I didn't do." sobbed Emma.

"By who and why?" Asked Sullivan.

"Kyra Peterson the head of Darkshade she framed me as a way of getting revenge on my mom." Emma explained.

"Right your mother Juliet Higgin's who is a disavowed MI6 agent. Here's what I think. I think you saw an opportunity to make a name for yourself and you took it so you could get out of your parents shadow." provoked the agent.

"I didn't do this I didn't kill anyone." Screamed Emma.

"I want my mom and dad." cried Emma.

"Well if you tell me why you killed Director Barnett, I'll let you see one of them." Said Sullivan.

"I told you I didn't do it." Yelled Emma.

"Ok then why did you run?" Asked Sullivan.

"Huh?" Questioned Emma.

"We have security footage of you running out of the hotel room at the time of the murder." explained Sullivan.

"No I.... Kyra asked me to meet her their and when I got their Barnett was already dead." Explained Emma.

"well we didn't see anyone else on the security tapes and We found your fingerprints on the murder weapon." Add Sullivan.

"She most of tampered with the tapes and she thought the murder weapon into my hands before she left so she could frame me." Pleaded Emma.

"Tell me the truth, we know you did Emma just confess and maybe the court will be merciful." said Sullivan as she hit her fist on the table making Emma Jump. Emma got up and moved away from the detective.

The detective didn't say anything as he left the room. Emma sat in the corner holding her knee's now up to her chest terrified. all she wanted in that moment was her parents.
